Well she agreed, but didn't. She stormed off upstairs crying. The Point was also that my brother had a certain 'frame' towards grandma and I didn't. I typed this on my phone and should've used a laptop.

OYMS #2 Stats: 31 , 1,86m , 106kg , wife, 2 daughters - toddlers. Vision: Being in control of the things I can control. Lifts: I'm lifting 2x/week for a month now. I do cardio 2x/week. Core 1x/week. Read: NMMNG, Rational Male, book of Pook, TWOTSM. Reading: Sex God Method. I'm extremely motivated the last few weeks. I'm lifting. Finaly. It was more of a scary thing for me bc of my MS. But, I just went and damn I love myself for it. Good job. I'm also noticing that improving myself is improving m…

Yes a diet is the new objective, together with lifting. Thanks for calling me fat. What is it your really want and can you own it? Nope I have no way to own it. I'm coming from a very beta mindset, I say: suck my dick. She: laugh, block, isolate herself or gaslight. She's a very dominating woman, but not necessarily intentionally manipulative. There's hope. I'm trying first get the boat floating before I hoist the sails. I'm currently sailing the seas on a raft. STFU Yeah, I'm blocking so many s…

The Morpheus bit in NMMNG is crap I focused on this for a day and indeed there is no Morpheus. I'll detail it in the next OYS. Better to do the big 3. I can't seem to figure out what the big 3 is. Yes I'm fat. I started changing my breakfast to granola and quit midnight snacks. Will need to do more on that diet. Also agree that you don't need to ask your wife... Yes I see, I'll need to do more sidebar stuff. However I still noticed a slight change in respect. Babysteps. Appreciate the insight.

I'm glad I inspired you. The thing that helped me the most is mourning hard. I know of no one that mourns as hard as I do. Wish you lots of strength on your journey!

Oh man, my mommy taught me not to be a selfish prick like my dad. My goal was being better for my kids, wife, family, which means I got to be better for myself, which means I must improve myself for the benefit of my surroundings, which in turn will be better for me. But you're saying; be better for you, because of you, for you. And if that benefits those around you then so be it? I can do that. It's a simple paradigm switch. It just sounds so selfish. But that's just what my mom taught me. Damn…

Yes in that sense, 2 (1) weeks of 'clarity' and sense of owning up to the philosophy is nothing. However I've been on the self improvement path for a bit longer now. So even though I think I've got enough motivation to go forward, I indeed have very limited control on building my reality frame. Your observation is well noted.

Yes I meant ignoring everything that is out of my control. I get full treatments however my Dr. thinks is correct. Everything outside that is in my own control. Also, even though I might experience some disability, I experience it as a true "normal" self. I've become extremely good at mourning, accepting, and moving on. At this moment (every moment) I'm as normal as I can be, so I have no excuse to not act in my best interest.

I hear you. The weed/cigarettes and jacking of quitting is all for me and my body. But yes you are partially right because I also hope to get more bjs eventually because of my progress. Edit so no more hoping, yes, I need to study more mrp

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
