Probably varies state to state. In my state, people under 18 to 21 cant enter liqour stores and they do id everyone(if they're doing their job correctly lol). Though under 18s can enter with a parent or legal guardian.

Theres a big difference between a 6 year old and a 16 year old. In my state, 16 is the age of consent. Now you may feel thats not old enough but I dont think that comparing someone who sleeps with a consenting 16 year old in the wrong state with someone who violently forces themselves on someone or screws a 8 year old is at all fair.

Nah, at least you can work to put rape in the past. People don't have to know. You get falsely accused? You're fucked. Everyone knows, you spend time in prison (possibly getting raped there anyway), no one will hire you, many of the people close to you abandon you. Your life is ruined and there's not much you can do to improve it short of moving to a new country.
