I feel you buddy. I’ve been in your position for 7ish years (31 rn). I still fumble here and there with opening, but I can easily vibe and chat well after the initial hurdle. I took a three day bootcamp with mike squattincassanova (pickup alpha on youtube). He’s really good for normal guys who have approach anxiety and need help with advancing the interactions. You will absolutely learn a lot and see what’s possible. I do wish he offered his 30 day immersion program earlier, since when I got back home I didn’t practice upon returning for two weeks. My approach anxiety came crept back unfortunately.

I did one with Mike Squattincasanova (Pickup Alpha now) in Vegas. It was a really good experience, you will learn a lot since Vegas has a ton of people for night game. But with any coaches you go with, you need to make sure you actually continue practicing or you end up having approach anxiety again. I recommend you either become accountability buddies with another bootcamp or immersion clients.
