A strong man is in control of himself and is effective at getting the things he wants for himself. A stronger man leads a family and brings good things to family and friends. Working on yourself is all well and good and might be the only thing within reach for many people. But it shouldn't be the end goal if you are capable of leadership.

Find a place (preferably multiple places) where your interests intersect with other people and groups. Are there "historical society" type groups? Could you get involved at a museum? Are there newsletters you could submit articles to? Get involved with various communities and you will find both meaning through responsibility, you'll find like minded folks, and you'll likely find more women to interact with.

i havent done much squatting or deadlifting If you are bulking and not doing these lifts you are wasting a lot of time and effort. Get on a strength building program, get some creatine monohydrate, and stick to the program for the next 2 months and see what happens. You will not be dissappointed if you are dedicated. You can't go wrong with Stronglifts 5x5. I highly reccomend you start there.

It's interesting and there's probably something to the thought. However, there's many ways in which that just isn't true. Take sports and athelticism for example, a lot of your potential is based on your genes. However, if you eat like shit, don't excercise, don't know how to practice, and aren't familiar with the sport you, aren't going to be at your genetic potential. Well your final point would explain another aspect he would say was wrong with your approach. Your view is fundamentally nihilistic if you think nothing matters in X number years.. I was always one to go out and party. But every year that goes on I hate it more and more. Spend a bunch of money for a crowd of superficial people that I don't care about.
