If it were me, I would give it one more chance. If she is flakey again then move on. Yes, you enjoy spending time with her BUT you also respect yourself enough to not be treated that way too.

Have an honest conversation & the worst she can say is it’s a deal breaker. Then at least you will know and not waste anymore of your time on the wrong person. There are some of us women out here that are ok with it, brings out other parts of relationship that are more important. From my experience, we are open and it’s brought us closer together.

Speaking as a female I can honestly say if she likes you then you don’t need to add the extra pressure of her saying anything to anyone. Enjoy the intimacy, being together and like another post says, give her orgasms. Too many men are after getting what they want, take care of her and enjoy your time together. Things will work out eventually & I’m saying this from going through same experience my current guy.
