He doesn't have the authority to assault and batter anyone, those are still crimes.

How the fuck has the subject of kilts lead to a woman complain that they make her think of testicles multiple times in your vivid fantasy life?

LOL fucking triggered by an ad suggesting it'd be nice if there was less harassment in the world, what absurdly weak egos you have.

Being called creepy is negative reinforcement to disuade you FROM BEING CREEPY. They feel uncomfortable and are trying to make you stop, you self centered numbskull.

Don't have unprotected sex if you don't want a kid. Don't punish some poor bastard because you are irresponsible. You have just as much right as a woman to get an abortion.

That is a false equivalence, the conviction of a particular innocent person does not mean someone guilty goes free. If the evidence is not good enough to prove their guilt that does not increase the chance that evidence exists that would convict the guilty party. What is happening is since the system is stacked to make getting convictions at trial extremely difficult the prosecutions strategy is to coerce a guilty plea out of innocent defendants. The prosecution threatens to charge defendants wi…

The argument is over whether the justice system should be organized with a high degree of difficulty for establishing guilt. If you think the reality is that very few criminal convictions come from trials but are primarily guilty pleas you are starting to get the feel for the unintended consequences from this design.

So you would prefer if guilty people go to prison?

I have seen it attributed to Jefferson repeatedly to make it seem distinctly American. I don't particularly believe in the argument that ancient philosophical justifications for a legal system we won a revolutionary war in order to escape has any real weight outside of historic context. For a more literally sober critique of a critique of ol' Blackstone check out: https://harvardlawreview.org/2015/02/a-tragedy-of-errors-blackstone-procedural-asymmetry-and-criminal-justice/ I don't really have an…

I'd prove my innocence at the trial, as is tradition. If people were sentenced based on accusations, then you'd have an argument.

Yeah, no. Those 10 rapists you let free are going to rape again, inflicting suffering on other innocent people. This sentiment is often atributed to Jefferson, who said no such thing. This philosophical argument has nothing to do with the criminal justice system. The only thing the justice system cares about is whether the defendant is guilty of a very specific crime as judged by 12 peers beyond a shadow of a doubt. The theoretical "real" perpetrator that has not been caught or charged is totall…

Glory is propaganda. It is the attempt to give the actions of the past meaning through after the fact justification. I don't know what you are trying to prove with your odd attempt at sarcasm but calling me an idiot is not going to help.

Except all the monuments, art, attention and the first definition of glory in the dictionary... high renown or honor won by notable achievements. "to fight and die for the glory of one's nation"

I think you are missing a fairly key part of why women might have an issue with glorifying the men who fought in World War 1 that has nothing about their race despite one idiots comments to the contrary. Whereas rape by the enemy loomed large in the minds of the peoples involved in the war and was a recurring theme in some national propaganda, no mention was made of it in post-war commemorations and discussions. Although explicitly added to the number of war crimes at the Peace Conference that o…

Are you serious? First of all I never supported Hillary so you can go ahead and stop arguing that bullshit right there. Second you really can't see a difference in how americans react to "basket of deplorables" and "she rapes and murders kids in satanic rituals"?

Deplorables is an elitist, coastal, lilly livered attempt at schoolyard name calling that no one believed. To get a viceral reaction you must use viceral words. Mother fucking shit eaters means something very different than basket of deplorables.

Deplorables is what snotty, uppity, sane educated types say. The real, white, doughy, middle americans understand shit.

Calling an idea "shit" is how you lose an election. Calling an opponent "shit" is how you win.

If you fucked her you might have gotten her pregnant. Get a paternity test, post proof to social media and stop whining about shit you are responsible for. Use protection if you insist on fucking "thots".

So I can just slap an unrelated comment about manspreading below anything and then it's now about men's rights? Are you really sure you want to make your stand at a dead meme that no one legitimately thinks is a problem?

This post is a absurd attempt at creating a strawman out of an unambiguously positive humanist act.

Your attack on "feminism" cheapens your claim to be for men's rights.

What ridiculous strawman, using an unambiguously positive humanist act as somehow being about feminism which is somehow about men's rights.
