So the guy is just never going to work again? Theyll garnish wages if he does. If they have any other assets (house, bank accounts, ect) theyll take from his half to give to her. This isnt "pussypassdenied", this is a dude fucking over himself.

Except if this was real, he'd have to pay her the 50% value of the items he destroyed. You cant destroy property during a divorce, you'll have to pay them for what you destroyed. Edit: Not sure why I'm being downvoted? In the US this is correct.
