Yeah def repetitive and i agree i wish he posted his sources as well, that bothered me that he didn't do that. Its def legit tho He pulls a lot of material from letting go - David r Hawkins. The process is mentioned in that. But then he includes like breathwork and meditation and some other things as well. Letting go Shadow work Meditation/breathwork Theres also another book called waking the tiger: healing trauma

The only limitation is in your mind. Dont let that get to you, it will really limit you. If you have high self confidence and skills it doesn't matter. I've seen many indian guys kill it with girls in game. There are even indian people on YouTube that teach game and get great results Bijan from simple pickup, Justin Marc

Like the other guy said, unless this has been happening consistently then I wouldn't worry too much and it doesn't diminish your worth like its chill to not have chemistry it just be like that sometimes. Some people have specific preferences, doesn't diminish your badassness at all. Yeah but ime, nervousness and overthinking can sometimes make the sex worse. Was that it for you?
