Thanks!! and as far as a religious thing Christianity basically sides on you don't have to circumcise to be christian , it is a personal thing

I agree 100%. I am still in awe of the ignorance that that side of my family has... The thread has since devolved into some religious debate between all my family and it just sickens me that someone would do it purely for cosmetic reasons...

Yea i am x-posting to /r/youthrights now.. I am still shocked by this conversation. My wife and I decided not to have our son circumcised because ... well it is his choice and there are no medically sound reasons to do so.

I have been a long time lurker (3 years now). And I got into this discussion earlier today, I just can not believe the flagrant disregard for the child's choice for body modification. And yes this is from my FB feed.
