Probably lifetime training. Marine women get what... a few months to be able to consistently do pullups? Your rock climbing women have probably had it as a hobby for years. I almost wonder if it wouldnt make more sense to have women be in physical training for a year or more if they wanted to serve. I'm still of the opinion that they could hack it but that it would take exponentially longer to get them in shape for it. At that point you have to start talking cost-benefit.

Its a pretty easy issue to solve. It only takes a little bit of legislation to fix it. Its not some abstract deep rooted psychological thing that we need to fundamentally change about society, like getting women to work more dangerous jobs or stopping domestic violence. Thats part of it. A camera studio also isn't the best place to feel aroused. Apparently the smells are pretty awful. But yeah.
