That's a higher advance than I've ever seen. Without knowing your personal banking history such as longevity, average daily and monthly balance, and frequency of generated fees, I can't really answer why yours is so much higher than usual.

Those are fake bank drafted checks. A personal check doesn't work for the scam. I never worked for a bank that would release the full funds of a personal check without manager approval and that was generally only for well known accounts.

More likely, but the bank wouldn't close her checking account for that... And CC debt wouldn't render you homeless. Now what would do all that? Overdrafting an account and then letting the daily fees rack up for 120 days, have that put into collections and now you've turned a $600 over draft into $5-7k owed. But ain't none of that have to do with bounced checks except maybe the first $600

I don't see a feasible path which would account for the amount in her account, enough spending to occur to deplete that, plus be so prolific the fees added to a significant value, and all of this getting into the "thousands and thousands" owed.

For bank drafted checks the limits on advancement are higher. They're significantly lower for personal checks.

Yes. Do you? You seem to think it's some magical land where if you just make a check for $10k with $500 in your account the bank would cash that shit. No. The most I've seen a person be overdrafted was $800. Seriously y'all are stretching yourself thin to prove this true. That isn't how any of this works

How would she have spent money while overdrafted? The only money available would have been what was in her account to begin with. So she's spend her $2-3k them have the $2000 in checks bounce and would owe only the $100-250 they fronted her. It's the thousands and thousands that don't add up. You can't get thousands and thousands in the hole without some help.
