In my experience I have only ever seen vicarious violence used by women. Any law that singles out and makes only one group of people have a different outcome than the rest is beyond equality and if anything takes them into the realm of being a privileged group since any transgressions against them are treated more harshly. And to suggest that only men are capable of this behavior is pure lunacy.

When I was a kid in school in the 90s they threw all of the resources towards thr girls and had a sort of "the boys will figure it out because they're privileged" sort of attitude. Now they're talking about women doing better and and how men aren't doing as well but can't understand that men aren't doing well because they've been being neglected for decades. A lot of the issues men are having today is because of this.

Half the people that respond to these things are probably bots. Social engineering is very real and the billionaires and their think tanks are currently attacking the average people through psy ops. The internet is dead, there is no reason to participate in many of these spaces since they're being so heavily manipulated. Unless a woman specifically asks for help, she doesn't need it. Even if she is going to be injured and you could stop it by helping, women have created an environment where you need to be certain you won't be accused of anything you did not do before you interject yourself into the situation; if a woman doesn't ask for help she doesn't need it. This will also be viewed as sexist because it is giving women agency and making them liable for themselves.

Women are five times as likely to experience sexual assault but men are five times as likely to experience every single other form of assault. Last I looked there were roughly 1.8m women and 1.8m men assaulted every year, removing sexual assaults takes the number to 0.3m women and 1.5m men so when some of the femcels on reddit claim that men don't need to worry about being attacked they are literally detached from verifiable reality.

Making it so that only some of your citizens are legally able to commit certain crimes should be condemned as being against free and fair societies. I had a sister, now deceased, who lied about it; told us while hammered drunk.
