Well i presume that you are asking this question as a preventative measure for a false rape charge. Heres what you can do. Before you escalate start audio recording and then go for it. And while you are making out and all make it seem obvious that the sex that you two are having is reciprocal. Do that through moans and like asking her if she likes it through dirty talking and if she responds with anything in the lines of oh yeah fuck me etc you are in the clear. But if at any point she freaks ou…

You should definitely go for MMA Dont worry about head injury if all you do is train and if you spar you spar in a gym that prioritizes longevity meaning you spar to master, test and hone your new skills not a who beats the shit out of who contest. Also you are training to better yourself not necessarily compete professionally so you wouldnt have to worry on injuries as much. My personal favorite focus is Muay Thai for striking and CQC and Wrestling for grappling and ground work. I like to inclu…

A very very rare side effect/phenomenon happened. The likelihood of it happening to you is pretty much nil. Its known as serotonin syndrome its very complex so i suggest you look it up. I couldve died but i didnt. I got severe memory loss, serious agitation, sudden outbursts of rage, sleeping 2hrs max, literally lost my mind and for a time i lost my most valuable asset being my intellect. It came at the worst time. 2 weeks before my uni exams. I couldnt go i got a medical report and ill be havin…

You dont have to suffer like that man. Ive been through very violent and traumatizing shit as a child. It overwhelmed me so much that I matured way too early. Which is definitely a good thing as it was a coping mechanism that prevented me from developing ptsd. But as i grew up and went through even more calamities it paved the road for depression. The depression was insidious. It creeped up out of nowhere. When it fully manifested it was ruthless and soul crushing. I really believe that clinical…

I dont know where these ideas come from. Those websites are full of pseudoscience. Food does not directly burn fat. The entire concept of a specific food burning fat is ridiculous. Theres the thermic effect of food which is different from food directly burning fat. Protein has the highest TEF rate. for every 4 calories of protein around 1.4 expended while digesting it. So the weak reasoning is that Eggs have protein = protein creates the highest thermic effect expending more calories = eggs burn…

One fucked me up but i tried another that saved my life. Dont be like me. I stalled and stalled and my dysthymia turned into psychotic depression. I was hallucinating and delirius all the time. Voices yelling in my head to kill myself. The medication made it better. So much better. You might have to try a couple before you find the one for you. Be patient and also make sure to go to therapy. As no one wants to on antidepressants for the rest of their life.

In terms of gaining or losing weight it boils down to thermodynamics. Simply calories in calories out. Broscientists disagree but it has been scientificially grounded that it is what dictates body recomposition. Heck low carb is not superior to low fat and vice versa either which has been also proven scientifically. But in terms of feeling better i find that almost everyone feels better eating "clean" foods. So find what works for you. Try it out. You can eat a diet of donuts pizza and protein s…

Couldnt agree more I see this all the damn time If family members are obese and you lose weight and you still have a lot to lose theyll say you are getting too skinny you are starving yourself If the family is skinny then you gain muscle theyll be like its too much its not healthy yada yada and heck even accuse you of taking roids which is a personal choice but they have convinced themselves its okay to be average and anything but that is wrong Theyre insecure simple as that I see in a lot of wa…

Based on what youve mentioned, those are the typical symptoms of seasonal affective disorder. If you are not comfortable with taking medication i would highly recommend seeing a clinical psychologist and try psychotherapy (psychologist not psychiatrist) as they are trained to deal with these issues without medication. It can help out alot. Also you should check for underlying problems. As depressive moods and disorders can be caused by a myriad of problems. Check your test levels, thyroid, vitam…

I think you are mixing up psychologists with psychiatrists Psychiatrists give you medication to manage your ailment. Deep down every psychiatrists knows that most ailments that necessitate pharmaceutical intervention cannot be cured but only managed. Psychologists on the other hand utilize several techniques and methods that work without medication. As only psychiatrists can prescribe medication not psychologists. Psychologists will actually work to fix the root of the problem and help you manag…
