i have been lifting for 3 years, but i didnt make a lot of gains obviously due to low T. i have been lifting while on TRT, strength has gone up considerably but i only lift when i feel energised enough, half the days i am to lethargic due to hormones still being out of whack. but yeah, even while lifting 3x a week my lifts have beaten all my previous PB's, when i was lifting 5-6 times a week at a gym ( at home rn and only have a bench)
