Unfortunately, the poor child was. She plead guilty to 2 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and 1 count of endangering the welfare of the child. She does not deserve to be parole eligible. She should rot for decades to come.

In a lot of places, rape is defined as unwanted penetration, so I guess it's because it's a woman who violated a poor child for what I'm assuming was for her own sick needs.
