I read a book by Bertrand Russell called "the conquest of happiness" a few years ago. An excellent self-help sorta book that came out in the 30s. Very to the point. Highly recommend it. He touches on what you're saying, friend. The solution to the problem of feeling envy is rationally converting it to admiration. If the quality that you admire is something that can be emulated or attained then the course of action is clear.

Head trauma is no joke. Even sub-concussive blows have been shown to cause brain damage. Unless you're getting paid significant sums of money then I highly advise against any full-contact sparring or fighting. Look into BJJ, judo, or even find a wrestling club. Grappling is an extremely efficient and safe way to both learn how to defend yourself and an outlet for pent-up aggression.

That is what I mean by "extraordinary effort." I am not saying that a fulfilled, highly productive, perfectly worthwhile life is impossible without sex. Believe it or not, different people have different lives. For some RPers, being linked to their activity on the manosphere could do serious damage to their lives.
