2	Advice for staying in shape and getting laid as a truck driver. I believe food prep day is going to be super important for you, so you’re not eating a bunch of crap. There is 99% crap to eat on the road. I agree about having dumbbells in your truck- maybe also jump rope, running shoes/outfit, or bands. When you have to reset your clock, you’ll have 9 hours?
