Say “omg it’s sooo hot…” While stripping your shirt off, if she watches she’s ready to smash.

How about asking her for her number instead of her Snapchat?

I dunno what to tell you, but always being negative doesn’t help, I’m trying to offer advice and you just keep being negative soooo maybe that’s why people don’t want to be around you? You’ve got to start somewhere and figure out what works for you. Not everyone travels the same path to happiness.

Well, you honestly need to do a lot of soul searching before you are ready too date. As dumb as it sounds, if you aren’t happy being alone you shouldn’t be dating. Find a therapist if you can, it not to an internet stranger, they are the best therapist ever. I have so many friends all over the world I’ve never met (hope too one day). You need to start somewhere. Make your bed every single day. Do your dishes every night… small things. Then move into bigger goals as yearly ones.

It’s easy to get sucked into other peoples negativity. You need to shut them out and find yourself a solid circle of people. Getting rid of social media is a start. Unfollowing negative people or pages is another way to start if you don’t want to get rid of social media. People can be so offended by you take them off you’re friends list, but your mental health comes first!

Haha right? I bartendes at a small pub and grill, it was a blast. But man oh man, the thirst was real back then. I’m sure it still is. I don’t go to bars anymore unless I’m going to dinner.

I’d get so awkward if someone approached me. Lol. It happened a lot when I bartender, but guys mostly wanted free booze and I never gave in. Lol. One guy asked me for my number and I told him I was sorry that we didn’t have that on tap tonight 😂😆🙌🏻

Aww shucks. Thanks! It’s wild to think I am where I am, compared to where I was at 4 years ago.

What I did was set yearly goals for myself after my divorce. 2018, graduate college and get that bachelors. 2019, land a killer job! (Which I was offered right at the end of 2018, started 2019) 2020 was to buy and finance a car for myself & I did! 2021 was buy a house, but I ended up doing that at the end of 2020. 2021 I went in not knowing what I wanted to do, because I was kinda at stand still. But I just ended up buying a brand new truck… something I’ve never done.

Yes! All of this! (36F here) Mind over matter. It takes ALOT of deep soul searching to get to this point, it doesn’t happen over night. Took me about 3.5 years to get to where I am at today… but I was in such a deep black hole prior to this. Now, it’s game on…you gotta be REAL with what you want your life to be like. If you don’t change your circumstances then it’s your own fault. People feed off of your energy… evening smiling at stranger can make their whole day.

The first one resonates so much with me. After my divorce I was not in a good head space, ashamed of my life situation, being a single parent and such. Now I have achieved so much personally in finance, mental health, my looks and other stuff. It has attracted more guys. I don’t have “all of my shit together” I’m still an emotional hot mess about certain things. But who isn’t? I feel good about who I am, how I look, how I dress and my life currently. Take care of yourself y’all!

Ahhh I love this, keep the momentum going and just let it escalate. Solid advice and I’ll tell myself this on my next date with someone here next weekend. My 4 year dry spell will end then as well. Don’t be a chicken don’t be a chicken. Any plans to meet up with her again?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
