They were going to wait for her aunt, until they figured out that there was no aunt and then were going to write a citation. How long do you reasonably expect them to wait for someone to show up? We have no idea how long they were there before the video started rolling. Realistically, if the "aunt" takes more than 15-20 minutes to claim the alcohol, then she was never actually there in the first place.

Because it's illegal to have alcohol on that beach, and it's illegal to have alcohol as a minor.

https://www.aclu-nj.org/yourrights/what-do-if-youre-stopped-police That's a useful link, but here's the relevant part: "Police in New Jersey may not request your ID or demand your name unless they are already issuing you a court summons." They were going to cite her for being a minor in possession of alcohol. So yeah, she was required to give her name.

I don't think it's entirely fair to assume all single mothers are raising kids alone by choice. My father left my mom when she told him she was pregnant. It's not always a choice.

A lot of the issues you're bringing up weren't seen as issues during the age of first wave feminism. The draft wasn't even seen as an issue by most men until like Vietnam, from what I understand, which suffrage predates by a damn good length of time. If you were fighting for equality, you'd probably try to get the right to vote and go to school before you tried to get the right to be drafted for a nation you feel doesn't defend your interests. The fact that third wave femenists now haven't tried…

First and second wave femenists were extreme because they wanted suffrage and equality. Third wave femenists are extremists because they want superiority and advantage.

When you pay a $50 co pay each time you need to see a doctor to switch your medication, and some medications aren't even covered so you can't find out if another one works better, it's stops you from shopping around.

Society already has things to make people more honest, it's just unethical to use without consent. Think of how honest and simple people are when they have too much alcohol or laughing gas. They spill their inner thoughts on their own. It's not that the ability doesn't exist, it's the ethics of a government forcing citizens to not even keep their own thoughts secret.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
