Well, she’s also your wife so there’s that.

Easier access, yes. But easier access to the men they desire? I’m not so sure. If you’re an average looking lady, getting attention from attractive men can be tough. You have to put a lot more effort and even occasionally make the first move. Rejection is also harder on women as they’re not conditioned to deal with it as men are.

That’s true when you consider the way the numbers break down. What is it? 20% of men get 80% of positive results on Tinder?

But beautiful women that don’t have their shit together are sometimes self-aware enough to recognize that. Which can sometimes play into the whole ‘insecure beautiful woman’ cliche. Sometimes it’s a kid out of wedlock, sometimes it’s financial or geographic. Beautiful girls from the rough part of town tend to become aware that their looks are the only thing they may have to offer a high-value dude.

Agreed. Furthermore, there’s always exceptions, but if you’re searching for a life partner in a nightclub or bar, you’re looking in the wrong place. Outcome expectation is different in those settings and your results will show it.

His body language, tone and delivery are super chill. Very easygoing. It's not his lines as much as his casual but engaged delivery. He squares up confidently, and maintains eye contact without being intimidating.

It seems that one of your obstacles is the ability to converse for its own sake. Practice small talk with people you want nothing from. Practice talking about yourself. Practice sharing your opinions on common topics. You're not connecting with people because you're hung up on what they can do for you. Learn to ask people about themselves. Ask about their interests and family. And not because you expect anything to come from it, just out of plain curiosity. You were taking PUA stuff which should…

Could've negged her back by saying, "true, just look at you" Of course delivery would be the difference between an argument and a punch on the arm. God I'm an ass...

Turn and look away with a sly half smile she can see. Turn back, make eye contact, smile for a bit then continue on like nothing happened.

First impressions my friend. You want to leave as little doubt as possible.

Calling her out on the spot can still be construed as AFC and can still be counterproductive unless she's asking for your approval. Sometimes you just have to pull back and walk in a different direction.

Great submission and his advice is very true. Confidence and independence are what I took away from the story. Showing a woman that you appreciate but don't need her approval is key. You project this by controlling yourself. You can disapprove of her opinions and actions without getting upset. Let her live her life and if she respects you, she'll ask for your approval without you needing to offer it. That's when you draw boundaries. If she makes a power move and does something you don't approve …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
