1	How much did you end up paying your ex spouse in a divorce Lawyer up right now and file immediately. The lawyer will be able tell you exactly what your expenses will be. Do not wait any longer. DO NOT consult your STBXW about you filing. She can make all the threats and demands she wants, but absolutely none of those hold true until the judge signs off on the court order. The not-knowing portion of divorce is highly stressful, which again is why you really need to hire a lawyer ASAP to get every detail ironed out. 2	Obsessive Parent My ex is also a HCBM. It got to the point where I had to completely block her from texting/calling/emailing. There’s this app called “Talking Parents.” You pay monthly (it’s $10 or $12 per month). It’s 100% admissible in court, and NOTHING can be redacted or deleted. You can use it to text and call. Her and I have only communicated through text in that app, but I think if you call the app records the audio. Like others have said, always be as calm as you can.
