So just out of curiosity what would happen if he was dating someone for years possibly even married and then she was raped? would he leave his wife? this is a wild fucking take he needs to go to therapy 🙄

And when I say “men approach me online” I was referring to my vanilla life not my OF life obviously men reaching out to me on those platforms isn’t what I’m talking about 🙄

I offer a service online, that doesn’t mean I owe people attention whenever they want it or in my day to day life.

Men approach me all the time online and in person it’s equal parts wildly annoying & entertaining for me personally. If you’re desiring connection I’d go on dating apps and be clear about your desires and start meeting people 😊

I started dated my ex when I was 22 and he was 30 and I didn’t realize at the time how unfair that power differential was. at the time I thought there wasn’t one but in hindsight I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Im a woman but my partner and I date together and he’s m and has the same experience as me.

Im my experience this isn’t true. I date men and women and men on dating apps are a fucking nightmare. Women can also be shitty but it’s like 99% of men on dating apps are terrible and but only like 33% of women suck.

Most men who sub to my page are looking for connection and content that’s custom for them. There’s obviously plenty of free porn but they like connecting with us and engaging with a real person.

Here’s the thing, he 100% has the right to want his partner to dress modestly. But finding a woman who doesn’t dress modestly, seeking out dating her, and then asking her to change who she is, is controlling. He can find someone who is appropriately modest and no one who have any issues. Its the trying to change someone who isn’t modest into someone who is, that gets controlling. He already knew what she was like and pursued her anyway.

It’s my experience as a woman dating women and my partner (M) dating women. He and I are very transparent, so I see his experience too, and we discuss it, and it’s wild. Men (generally, obviously not everyone, but in a much more significant amount than women) put less effort into conversation and their profiles, don’t understand how to communicate desires, limits, boundaries and the like effectively, don’t bother reading other peoples profiles, don’t honor or respect what other people are desiri…

Sure there are some women with shitty profiles but it’s no where close to as many as men. I date both women and men so I see them all. Women also read profiles thoroughly more often and are more open to clean communication. All of this is off course just my experience. But I have also re-written a fair amount of men’s profiles for them (as a dating coach) and they’ve gotten way more matches so 🤷🏻‍♀️ might be worth reflecting on if your profile is doing what you want it to.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 04:44 PM

The real issue is most men have no idea wtf they’re doing on dating apps. They either have blank profiles, aren’t honest about what they are looking for, only write about themselves and leave no opening for discussions, act entitled as all fuck - it’s wild. My partner and I end up dating so many more women than men and all the women we’ve dated feel the same way about the men on dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 12:09 PM

I don’t expect anything from anyone. My partner and I talk and agree upon what we’ll each be responsible for based on interest and convenience.

Being nice doesn’t entitle you to women dating you but it does help. If a guy is a piece of shit I’m going to want nothing to do with him, but just because a man is nice doesn’t mean ill sleep with him. Nothing you do will give you a 100% success rate. I personally have never dated or fucked a rude, asshole because it’s gross behavior and turns me off and makes me want to hurt their feelings 😂 but I’m sure some women do fuck assholes. Women aren’t a monolith.

BMI is a useless metric that was made as a statistical tool not a health metric and only took white men into account it literally tells us nothing about a person.

I don’t think this would be a benefit to men tbh. Men swipe much more liberally on women than women do for men. I currently have over 7k matches on Feeld I haven’t gotten to go through yet.

I hate it but I also hate having to reject people left and right because without any provocation they ask me out or DM me or whatever. Wait to see if there’s any sort of signal or connection before doing it. It’s awful and makes me so uncomfortable.

The goal of a relationship shouldn’t be 50/50. The goal of a relationship is to build a partnership that gets you to 100% TOGETHER. That means sharing the overall labor required, physical, emotional, financial etc. it should be about what works best for you and your partner(s). My partner loves to do dishes so I rarely do them. I love to cook so I do that and he rarely does that. We both hate laundry so we do it together. Some weeks I have more energy so I do more to tend to us some weeks he has…

Definitely a variety of shitty personalities. There's volatile anger, lack of initiative, lack of empathy, inability to self regulate, inability to communicate etc.

More than half at least. So many times I see men saying it’s their looks and it’s 10000% their shitty personality.

Telling someone to change their behavior is controlling letting them know that modest attire is a value you prioritize and that if that’s not for them you’re incompatible is a boundary.

This is a societal issue of people mismanaging expectations and not communicating their desires clearly.

BMI, while intended to be an estimate of body fat isn’t actually that at all. It was created by a Belgian mathematician and statistician and he was trying to figure out what the average man looked like. The thing is his data was only collected on European men so it doesn’t actually apply to women at all and isn’t an accurate depiction of health.

Im really sorry that you also didn’t get support. It sucks when we’re not given support to move through a world not built with us in mind better.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/23 07:06 PM

I’m so sorry that happens. It’s so frustrating that a lifetime of being misunderstood makes it so hard for us to try and open up because it feels so scary to be rejected for who we are, yet again.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/23 07:01 PM

This is wildly inaccurate. Women get a fraction of the support men tend to around neurodivergence because we weren’t even considered when the diagnostics were put together. We’re also more often misdiagnosed and end up over medicated for things we don’t have. Of course they don’t wear I have ASD caps but there are groups and plenty of ways to meet other ND people and build a community within those spaces.

Being autistic will not stop you from having a girlfriend. Other neurodivergent people are a great place to start since we tend to make more sense to each other 😊

I’m autistic and I interact with people all the time and have a wonderful partner, he and I are more casually dating two women together, I am successful and have incredible friends.

It’s hard because on one hand I feel like we’ve all been fucking duped by the same bullshit system. I realize that many of the men who believe in those ideologies have also been hurt and traumatized and don’t understand how to hold all of themselves. And as a woman it’s fucking terrifying.

There are plenty of women on social media talking about how they don’t care about the heigh or their partner, who aren’t size queens, who prioritize partners who show up for them over handsome assholes. There’s always going to be people saying things I think it’s just important to seek out spaces with humans who share values with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 08:07 PM

I’m sorry that feels delusional to you. I’d question the spaces you’re choosing to be in if that isn’t true for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 08:03 PM

I’m going to claim that a lot of men think they’re bringing more to the table than they are and then get caught up in the narrative of “well this hot guy is swatting away women” and not taking time to wonder what about their profile or the way they show up to people isn’t landing and seeing how they can show up better. Again there will always be people who prioritize looks and money and those don’t have to be the people you choose to engage with.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 08:03 PM

Sure attraction is important but a lot of sexual chemistry is built in interaction not just based on seeing people.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 08:00 PM

I genuinely can’t say as it seems you have a lot of experience with women like this. I’ve honestly never met a woman who is obsessed with a narcissistic ex and honestly rarely see women rewarding shitty personalities but that could just be the women I choose to surround myself with. Which goes back to my initial point of finding spaces with humans whose views align more closely with your own.

I promise if those men understood actual communication, connection, space holding and care taking a LOT of women would care much less about them not being a super model.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 05:17 PM

Here’s the thing. Speaking in monolithic terms like this isn’t actually all that helpful. There will always be some women and some men who prioritize looks, wealth etc. but not all men or all women are like that. We’re never going to get an entire group of people to all think a certain way; it’s more about finding the spaces where there are humans that share your priorities and connect the way you hope to connect.

I don’t want to get hung up on the discussion of “decreased quality of eggs/sperm” and ASD. So I’m just going to ignore that. No matter who my child was or what they looked like I would love them and help them navigate their human experience in the best way possible. I am neurodivergent and wasn’t diagnosed until much later in life so hopefully I would be able to provide more support for my child than I received. I think that yea for sure there are people who won’t be kind to my hypothetical chi…

How is it not a woman’s body issue. I am a whole human being not an incubator if I don’t want my body to be taken over for 10 months that is my bodily autonomy issue. It has nothing to do with anyone else.

At first I thought this was a joke post because of the utter chaos of it but it seems like you’re genuine so I’ll try my best to discuss all of these with you. 1) Abortion and birth control isn’t about avoiding responsibility it’s about acknowledging when bringing a child into the world isn’t the right choice for you and choosing not to raise a child that wouldn’t be tended to in the way children need. I’d argue this is one of the most responsible decisions an adult can make. 2) Who is opposing …

I couldn’t care less about people’s dating history I care how they show up and what energy they bring to me. Plenty of guys date a ton and fucking suck and plenty don’t date much and are absolute sweethearts. Just depends on the human.

I would say you're right that many women don't want to date men who act like children; we also don't want toxically masculine men either. I feel like you're overlooking healthy masculine energy as an option here. My dom/bf has his toes painted pink, takes care of most of the house hold things while I work, and I love being submissive to him. The only options available aren't a stunted man child or asshole 🤷🏻‍♀️

I totally hear your edit and my honest response is I’m sorry it takes it’s toll over time but so does random ass men CONSTANTLY walking up to talk to me and feeling entitled to my time.
