If she is a realtor, then her income is not set. She may have made 150k last year, but that's no guarantee that she'll make the same this year or the next. Also, those sales don't come at regular intervals. She may go several months without a sale and thus have no income coming in during that period. However, the judge can only go by her past earnings so there's that. The woman didn't do a very good job of articulating her position.
