You don't lose your right to vote unless you have been convicted of - or entered a guilty plea for - felonies. Felonies are not minor offenses. That said, if you paid your debt to society in full, have signed up for the selective service and pay taxes, then you should be able to vote.

I reject your question as dishonest or steeped in ignorance. Please show me the evidence you have that this subreddit agrees that Milo is an MRA. As far as I am concerned, this subreddit supports Milo because there is an intersection of opinions on issues of MRAs that align with Milo's opinions on those issues, which is not the same as agreeing that he is a fellow MRA. Please exercise your mind into understanding that difference.

A spokesman for the federal Department of Health said it did not fund individual sheds directly. The Victorian Health Department and the local Brimbank Council said they do not provide funding for wages. Womens shelters get massive government support through NGO's. Then the NGO's fund the womens shelters and wages of its workers using those government funds and donations, but it isnt the government doing it directly. There are no NGO's that lobby government nor seek grants and financial support …

I don't believe that fewer men should be put in prison for their crimes. Only that more women should be put in prison for their crimes so that the law is applied equally to all across the board. That said, a system that punishes many people who are innocent of their crimes that are framed and railroaded is what needs reformed. Due process requirements and rights must be applied to all and adhered to by all equally. If you, male or female, don't want your child growing up without you in their lif…

The only legal thing you can do now is get a lawyer and ask for an emergency injunction to prevent the return of the child to the mother pending a hearing. You'll need evidence and witnesses if possible. Still, the court almost never removes a mothers custody unless the child is in clear and present dangers, and even then a lot of the time they wont.

So because your ex is a devilish cunt it becomes about men? A huge amount of men take issue with the mothers misuse of the money intended for their children's support. That's why we talk about it so frequently. It's a systemic problem and quite common. It's also why legislatures are debating it and starting to implement checks and balances, and although quite poorly in implementation and practice, we are gradually getting there, albeit quite slowly. Poor people don't have money to pay for good lawyers is probably the first thing. Why would they need a good lawyer "first thing?" I wonder why many women are so opinionated about male spaces and mens issues whenever and wherever men gather for male activity, fellowship and discussion... When you speak of male-only circumcision and conscription, some of the loudest voices in support of both are women. In no way did his words convey him being offended, though it's certainly offensive to enslave any human in this damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-dont reality. It's oppressive social engineering through the psychological warfare of ideological indoctrination and conditioning that's intended to subvert, frustrate, dehumanize, disenfranchise, and demoralize. It's hypocritical... double standards. Women complain all the time about body positivity, health at all sizes, and about men not loving them for the person they are on the inside, which is still usually dark and ugly as fuck after you shear through the facade they present. But most women have a very strict set of standards for men in the type of work they do, their earnings level, assets, home, vehicle they drive, spending on them, height, and overall looks. Lots more...

Feminism was never about equality. Not even when women were fighting (read: nagging men) for the right to vote. Women gave nothing for their rights, while men gave and continue to give their labor, assets, and lives for them.

Lastly, she will continue to vote for larger government which awarded themselves the right to oppress this man and serve as a rationalization for other women to do the same. If what you say is true, it appears that the good doctor has a long history (at least 10 years - probably a lot longer) of supporting Clinton as "the lesser of two evils." Which is bullshit to anyone with a brain. I'm no fool. I believe the good doctor is playing us for fools to pay for his >$1.8 million home an…

First off, amend all wiretapping laws to make it legal to record audio and video of any conversation or interaction anywhere, so long as one person in the conversation knows it's being recorded. Some states already have this, and those states have the lowest instances of false accusations. The higher risk of being outed as a lying criminal in combination of harsher penalties would decrease the instances of false accusations. Secondly, there should be more governmental controls and oversight gove…

The fall of humanity has been proven and written about to many times to count throughout the historical written record. We see this today in every modern City, Township, County, State, and Nation. This occurs when there is a breakdown in familial and societal controls. Two parts combining to create a whole is not a separate-but-equal mentality. It's a mentality of different-but-equal. It's a philosophy of togetherness and teamwork to make the nuclear family, communities, and nations stronger, mo…

The penalty for false accusations should be the penalty for the crime the perpetrator falsely accused the victim of. This would exponentially decrease the occurrences of false accusations. The problem for law enforcement, prosecution and the Court (other than their bias) is evidence that proves the false accuser was lying beyond a reasonable doubt in the eyes of the jury (or Judge in a Bench Trial).

What many do not understand is that without governmental and societal controls, both groups and individuals spiral into moral decay and violence. All we need to do is take a look at the totality of humanity in the written record from today going back for thousands of years to understand this. No one should be awarded special rights the others do not possess. As to superiority, I believe that men and women are complimentary to each other. Two parts of a whole performing some of the same and diffe…

As a family law attorney, I obtain child support orders for both mothers and fathers and it's never fun when the other parent is a deadbeat, regardless of gender. The people who suffer most are not the obligors but the children who need support. Is that what you're celebrating? I didn't realize that she had managed a statistically significant number of all the females on the nursing profession. Neither did I, considering she was only talking about nurses "under her charge"

You say she's not a bigot... and then reaffirm that she "favors" one demographic group over another, because of assumptions she makes about how they will perform in the workplace. She makes observations as to how they actually perform in the workplace. This is an important distinction that you are - at best - attempting to muddy.
/r/MensRights14/05/16 12:55 PM

LOL she isn't a bigot. She cares not what their opinions are. She has a bias against people who don't do their jobs without causing problems for others... just as I do. She favors male nurses under her charge because generally they cause her less problems and do their jobs better. If you've ever employed others, you would understand what's being said here.

My cousin used to be a teacher, but quit the profession because it is to toxic and dangerous for men... especially conservative men. Now he is working for me learning the construction trades and the business side of things while tutoring boys part time. He has refused to accept any female student for tutoring because of the dangers. He was depressed for years because his dream was to always be a teacher... which turned into his nightmare.

How can she leave the state without my permission Because in America, women have the freedom to do that, unless there is a court order preventing it. Time to stick your nose to the grindstone, bust your hump working every extra moment possible to save up and get a good lawyer. Government needs war fighters, productive laborers, and tax payers. Those are men, and the women provide them. 1000 men and 1 woman can produce 1 of them every 9 months, but 1000 women and a few tired men can potentially produce 1000 of them every 9 months. It's. That. Simple.

That guy who just got out of jail from being falsely accused and found his bank accounts empty, house in foreclosure, all his possessions gone from his home, wife and kids gone, and papers for divorce and child support deserves a voice, even if it's an angry, hateful, and mean voice. I never said it was new. I said it exists nowhere in law as to what we are discussing. The only wage protection and job security an employee needs is their ability to perform per the emplyers requirements and generate income for the employer. But it's coming. That's the important thing. Reforms in child support, child custody, paternal fraud, and parental alienation too. Eventually we will get there. These things are now being voted on in state legislatures and beginning to be talked about by congressman and senators, so it will be debated and voted on federally as well eventually... it's coming... and women are absolutely terrified of the equality.

At the High Court in 2014, Judge Anthony Havelock-Allen highlighted the bizarre aspect of the case - a man who liked to be dominated had accused his partner of bullying. I find it interesting, to say the least, that when women crave domination from their men and then later cry victim, the world trips over itself to run to her rescue and make him pay in family, society in general, and through both the criminal and family courts.

The jury found that the girl had not successfully communicated a lack of consent, but “that does not mean the victim consented to the sexual penetration,” he [the Judge] said. “Indeed, it is clear from the impact of this crime that she did not.” All it takes is for her to regret it, gentleman, then play it up for a chivalrous judge. Why take that chance at all?

Islam allows Muslims to steal from, pillage, rape and kill infidels, which includes the rape of infidel women. It's not misogyny towards women. It's religious hate towards those who refuse to convert to Islam. That's the 'peace' part of Islam supposedly being a peaceful religion. The peace only comes when everyone else is converted... or killed.

Have females been oppressed as much as society makes them out to be? No. Women have always been placed at the very top of importance of every civilization. I grew out of Mommy's Programming. I simply started noticing the differences between what women say and do. That's how to discern truth and honesty, or a lack thereof. I feel the same way about older, fat, hairy, smelly and/or short-haired women with small or droopy tits and/or stretched-out vaginas. Nothing at all wrong with men and women having standards and preferences, but that knife cuts both ways. If you end up old and alone with nothing but your box of wine and cats, don't blame the opposite sex later in life. The plain and simple truth is some people think way to highly of themselves and are lucky to get whoever they can get.

The law and Courts beg to differ. The court simply followed the law, but did not find the parents abused the child... only that the social worker did not violate the law in the process of an in…

The group doesn't call for the legalization of rape. Roosh calls for the legalization of rape on private property, so that women start making much better choices on where they go and with whom they go, and probably how they dress as well... so they stop putting themselves at so much risk. These issues were not created by government. They are propagandized, promulgated, and allowed/enforced by government. The women make the choices, so it's always been in them to make these choices. It's their very nature. They were simply talked into it or otherwise convinced with financial and psychological power incentives. Female nature was once managed and controlled quite swiftly and easily, and until it is again, we will have these issues.

Yes, we men are always legally-responsible for our semen. If I leave a $100 bill in my unlocked truck and a thief steals it, they have committed a crime, but if I leave my used condom on the bed and get sperm-jacked by some wretched female, it's not a crime if she steals it and impregnates herself.

This was very good. Thank you for sharing it.

How the hell does a contract between two parties justify genital mutilation of a third? I never said - nor do I believe - it justifies genital mutilation. I was speaking legalities, not moralities. Mom acted based on her conscience Mom acted based on her feelings. dad acted based on projecting his ego on his kid Dad acted based on his legal rights and beliefs. Judge acted like he does too many drugs. The Judge acted on and applied the law appropriately, which is why the only answer is to change …

Oh, I know that traditional masculine roles have everything to do with hardening oneself against adversity and emotions, thus giving one the ability to cope with lifes' harsher realities. I don't enjoy them - well, not all of them - but I certainly accept them, because I know this is a cold hard world that doesn't care one little bit whether or not I survive it.

If it's illegal for a female it should be illegal for males. That said, the mother did contractually agree to it, but changed her mind later, so she is not blameless. She was just stupid and/or ignorant as is the father. I can understand everyones point of view in this case. The judge was upholding commercial contract law, the father was adhering to the contract, and the mother broke the contract and was in fear for her sons health, wellness and future... plus the law allows it, so that's where …

And I gave him a resource that can help him if he can't help himself. To talk to a mental health professional about how he feels, so he can learn to cope with how he feels. I stand by that recommendation.

No, I told him to seek help if he can't learn to cope on his own. The sooner he heals, the quicker and better his life becomes.

Some problems can't be fixed by getting over them. A guy "getting over" the fact he can't see his kids won't actually put him any closer to seeing them, nor will it improve the lives of the hundreds of other men like him out there in any way. So, you're saying he should commit suicide? OP might learn to be at peace with his circumstances Precisely. but that doesn't mean it'll actually get him his whole dick back, nor will it mean that millions of kids will stop being mutilated around him every y…

Of course there are bad ideologue mental health "professionals". When that happens you find another if you can't do it without them. There are good and bad in every occupation.

You are being a disingenuous and manipulative liar again. I never insinuated nor stated those things, except that he should heal and get over it enough to cope. That said, would you rather not get over it and have trouble coping for the rest of your life? That's not my choice, but good luck with yours.

Tell him that he needs to source his claim, because it's not accurate. I don't think you will find anywhere that currently targets men for STEM education nor employment opportunities. Your Dad is thinking in 1950's mentality.

I see 2 choices. Seek help and/or heal, but indeed get over it somehow. Live in Hell. You may only choose one. Choose wisely.

I recommended that he get assistance from a professional to effectively deal with his emotions if he can't do it without one, so that he might heal and get on with his life.

She's lying. Every judge will always grant a mother child support based on her amount of physical custody and the fathers income - unless it's imputed - regardless of any contracts, agreements, or statements, so she can make this agreement, then come back to court the next day and petition for child support and she'll get it every time. She's trying to fuck you by getting you to agree to give her full custody, then she will alienate you from your child and use the fact that you aren't interested…

Then they complain where have all the good men gone when no one wants to deal with them inside school or after graduation, because men are fed up with them, fearful of the possible repercussions they've seen other men go through, or say "to Hell with women" and change teams.

How many times can you mistreat a dog before he bites you and runs away? Listen, MRA's have been around at least since the 1970's and no one paid attention to us until we got loud and nasty recently, and MGTOW is a huge part of that... like it or not. Only recently did they start to listen to us and react. Every movement requires a radical or extreme element that gets the headlines...

I've had a Father who raised me tough. I've had military training that toughened me up. I've been in combat. I've been shot. I've been stabbed. I've been beaten. I've served civil service with some of the worse humanity has to offer, so I've been hardened against adversity. Not all that much bothers me emotionally. I just shut it off, because - outside of personal relationships - it serves me no purpose and only gets in the way of what needs doing. I think it's ridiculous you people can sit here…

... or women are reading the tea leaves and seeing the shitty lives of other divorced women as they age, hit the wall, become alone and live a lower quality of life after alimony/child support dries up if they can't con a man with a decent pay check into providing, provisioning, and protecting them.

Doesn't take into account important aspects employers consider... seniority productivity attitude infractions/accolades on their employment record craftsmanship / quality of work excessive time off work overall ability hours actually worked, like overtime, stepping up to cover something/someone as needed being indispensable or "the go-to guy" in other areas, etc.

My circumcision doesn't bother me because I am an accomplished, successful, fit, hard-working, self-supporting, self-assured and self-aware man who doesn't give anyone else the power to negatively affect my emotions, so I don't give two fucks what other people think about me. If some piece of shit female thinks less of me because I am circumcised, to Hell with her, because there are plenty more women out there who craves the amazing man that I am. A lot of men here are starting to act as mentall…

They think they have plausible deniability and will lie and say that they actually meant another Bill, Shawn, Charlie - or whoever - than the ones on their social media pages or friends lists, and when it goes to court they will claim they are unable to remember his last name or claim they never knew his last name. They lie... most women, radicals, progressives, Marxists, Communists, Socialists, and SJW leftists. Whenever their arguments fail or are backed into a corner, they simply lie.

I don't believe that any woman should be considered for any public office nor be allowed to vote unless her signature is on a selective service/draft/conscription form and her name is on the list... or the selective service/draft/conscription is repealed. That's the only way men got those things, so it should be the same for women. With equal rights should come equal responsibility, accountability and obligation.

When she moves out of the jurisdiction of that asshole judge who ordered these unreasonable amounts of child support (or the judge no longer serves), go to her new location and file a motion with the court through a competent family court attorney and ask for a modification of the child support order that is based on your ability to pay... based on your actual income.

Talk to the police and report the criminal assault. Demand that criminal charges be filed and follow them through. Do not agree to not lessen the charges if and when the prosecutor asks. Talk to a lawyer and file civil lawsuit for monetary damages and court and attorney fees stemming from your emotional distress, loss of reputation, and anything else the lawyer can conjure up, because of the slander against your good name and character. Also, speak with the attorney about and file a separate civ…

Why would more ingredients mean higher cost? Because different elements have different prices because of their scarcity, extraction and processing methods and means, and supply and demand? For instance, gold is worth $1100 an ounce and silver is worth $14. Also, they may have different complexities in the recipes, R&D might be different, and lots of other mansplaining technical stuff.

Wait, so now we're down to 5-45 males. Yet another qualifier. No, it's been there the entire conversation, since my first post by default and second post by direct mention. This is what I meant when I stated that you're a manipulative liar. You simply can't stop lying, therefore further debate and discussion would be unproductive at best.

You attempted to change the subject to Sweden, then tried to use my comment on the American suicide rates to prove your inaccurate claims for Sweden, thus attempting to confuse, muddle, and convolute the two in the debate. That is manipulative and disingenuous. It's lying. Americas suicide rates have never been higher for ages 5-44 males. Sweden's youth suicide rates are at a 25 year high. The main reason is their inability to cope. These people need to develop the ability to cope so they stop k…

Swedish youth suicides hit 25-year high I am not saying men are pussified. I am saying that they need assistance in building coping skills and toughening up to handle what life throws at them without killing themselves... and you don't do this with molly-coddling and safe spaces, which contribute to their inability to cope in my opinion. Why do you believe males ages 5-44 are killing themselves more frequently than at any other time in human history, if it isn't because of their inability to cop…
