Why is it that women can make false testimonials and get away with it, yet children that create child porn can be prosecuted? She may be a victim, but she should have seen some punishment for doing this to him. If kids can be arrested for taking pictures that they cannot consent to, then why aren't women arrested for soliciting sex when they cannot consent?

I would agree with you but the phrasing is not one of simple "lying". It's a clear, through my warped lenses at least, that they are using the same kind of language used in transphobic jokes. Transphobic roughly translates to dismissing or retaliating against Trans folk. This isn't an example of it, rather tossing some fresh bait in the river to attract discussion. The bait is an idea. I know where you are coming from. I did snort a laugh when one of the men screamed "Death to America". I'm not from, and it seems like a very nonsensical thing to say. What group were these guys apart of? I think I seen some videos of other men of colour chanting this "pro-black" messages on steet corners, almost like preachers. I don't mind them, really. At least they do it in the street where they can be debated or discussed with.

I feel for him and the parents in this situation. Assuming he was guilty, would you send your kids to school, with this guy so close to the school? The child wants to be a girl. If she wanted to be a boy, I think she would have said it before. Providing hormone treatment early will give her a feminine body. It's a decision that can't be reversed, and will lead to long term effects. I really can't speak any further on this because I haven't heard the child speak. Anyone following this?
