Idk if you saw my other response but: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 Why would you call it misogynistic? Like, what about that points to misogyny for you?

Some of the post comes off like that, other parts of it sound very man-like. Like I said- it MAY have been.

They think the world- and women- should revolve around them. If they fuck up, we're still somehow in the wrong- 'she's not fun'. It's not at all his fault that he came off creepy, gross, and maybe even a little controlling (you should wear this!) too. No, it's that she's not fun enough. What?! They'll do anything to avoid responsibility for their actions.

I've never had a man expect me to pay on a date either. Even in the situations where I offered (dumb, ik) they wanted to pay. When men like a woman, they want to impress her.

I'd say the worst part is the woman-- ahem --pickme comment. Like really, do you actually believe women having standards is 'repugnant', or did you just want some LVM to look your way? I actually feel kinda bad for her though, because if she truly believes that, just imagine the kind of treatment she will settle for/has settled for.

That might be the whole point- find a girl naive enough to go for it and he's got someone he can endlessly manipulate.

There are actually women in the comments babying him and saying it shouldn't of been posted. 'Poor guy needs help' type of shit. If he's getting their sympathy and excuses, I guarantee others do the same. I'm not saying the man isn't sick, considering he could try and do this to women, but he also deserves to be called out. He preys on sympathetic women. I saw one woman called him a 'master manipulator'- that if you're caring and naive, you might go for it. That's exactly what he's looking for. …

Just to be clear, I didn't post these. I follow @sheratesdogs and found the post there. My thinking is that there are things that FDS is hated for by each gender. For women who call FDS toxic, I think it's down to being anti porn, only having sex once you've established commitment, and recognizing LVM and dropping them. I think many agree with the above ideals but don't want to admit it out of fear. They're scared to admit to themselves they're in relationships with LVM. They're scared of letting go of attachment to someone who is unhealthy for them. They're worried they'll never f…

Wouldn't we block and delete any message from any LVM with the same logic applied? I'm not saying we shouldn't, I'm saying that in terms of if we actually had such a thread- why would those messages be any different to post? Just to be clear, while I like the idea, I also think it would bring more unnecessary negative attention from lurkers and probably shouldn't be implemented. So, I agree with you there. Hypothetically though, I'm not seeing why those messages would be excluded, but not all ot…

I'm not sure what you mean by pathetic.. do you mean low effort? I've received long-winded emails and messages in the past pleading for another chance, making excuses for their behavior while also apologizing (logic?), and promising to be better, etc. I agree they are some of the most toxic kind of LVM. But I think all attempts, blocked or not, to beg for another chance after they wasted it- is pathetic.

While I do agree that he would show his true colors eventually, I don't even wish him on women who may be more vulnerable to LVM. Him doing this from the start does women a favor. No women need to waste their time with this creep.

Haven't you ever had someone create a new account or email or contact you from.a different number so they could get to you? I agree, you should block, but that doesn't mean these kind of things would never get received. That being said, I agree with the second part.

I don't know why you felt the need to be rude and use the eye roll because I expressed an opinion different than yours. Not sure why anyone feels the need to downvote, makes it seem like some women here aren't very supportive of others. You'd think we'd welcome discussion between us like friends and without trying to punish/censor opinions we don't agree with (within reason of course). While I'm inclined to agree, I also feel that would teach him how to pretend with the next woman. Might be better to continue the conversation and ghost the convo at a more opportune time... Maybe after getting a response to asking how many inches he is, or, if you don't wish to continue the convo in that direction (although it would hurt his ego more), his height. He's not worth the time, but I think possibly protecting other women is.

How stupid could can one be? You made it obvious to him that you didn't like the comment, that you weren't interested in sexual talk right off the bat, and he still didn't get it and pressed even further. Was he trying to sabotage himself?

It seems to me that it's the other one who is holding the controller and leaning a bit because of where the tv is. I'm a woman and I own camo pants too. The legs look small for a man, even up the leg away from the ankles, and also their leg is very close to the other guy's leg. Not saying it can't be a guy because of that, but that's a bit closer than many guys would choose to be (like it actually looks like they're touching). Also if it was his girlfriend, she may live or stay over often and so…

The part you said broke you-- I just can't even imagine the kind of person who could say something like that. All the time that you looked past that behavior when you should have left him and then he calls you the piece of shit? He really expected you to take care of him? Carry him to the room? But he thinks he can do better than you? Wow. When quarantine is over, end it. Tell him good luck because he's going to need it if he expects to find someone "better".

Yeah, if only the child support payments took care of the total cost of caring for children. Unfortunately, women often still end up paying for half the cost if not more, and then also being the only caregiver or primary caregiver. Men think it's 'easy', because when they are actually in the child's life, they are neglectful, and inactive in their life. They do not attend to their child's needs the way most mothers do. Men also probably claim it's easy because admitting that women actually do fa…

I second this. Examples of LVM behavior and comic relief from all the awful stuff we read on this sub. Like after seeing that girl's tweets about pornhub and her child porn rape video.. I'd love to go laugh at some sad LVM who have been put in their place. Still, even though I like it, it may not be a good idea to implement it. I feel that it could possibly bring more negative attention from male lurkers.

I've always said they were working against themselves with that one. If a woman should actually be made to believe that too much sex made her loose, wouldn't that mean any "pure" woman would choose to have sex with them very little?

The period thing is probably based on the fact that being underweight can cause your period to stop. It actually means your body isn't functioning the way it should and it could happen to any woman, not just a black woman.

"You're ___ years old. Stop behaving like a child." In response to being upset, is my personal favorite. Because only children have feelings and emotions, not just, y'know, human beings.. "You're always sad and in pain", in response to my crying. I never used to frequently cry until I'd met him. I'd question my sanity, mental health, etc. When I voiced some of these things, it became something he could use against me in every argument. Weird how without him, those issues don't seem to exist.

I've never seen the one where the guy cheats on the woman who loves him, keeps her on the hook for years while she gives him love he doesn't deserve, and then makes the shittiest grand gesture ever- flowers (probably the cheapest available) and whines about how it's not working, what a piece of shit he is, and asks people online how he can win back the girl he doesn't deserve- not even able to put the effort of thought into doing so himself.

Things can only go up from here for you. You're valuing yourself more now which means you'll no longer settle for less than what you deserve. Alone is better than questioning your worth to the person who should make you feel loved.

I personally believe it's not so much 'I bet she's thinking of her ex boyfriend's dick' but that it does still come from a place of insecurity. I think they worry that by comparison, we'll be more equipped to realize they are small, cannot last long, suck at making it an equally pleasurable experience, and that their issues getting aroused aren't normal.

I think this is a great idea, maybe the exposure to the thinking here might help change her perspective. It's possible that with time, she could see him for what he is and come to value herself more. Maybe you two could discuss some of the content here and you could use the opportunity to build her up- "you deserve this", "I'd like to see you happy and fulfilled", "this is what a/your relationship should look like". Personally, I don't think abandoning the friend is the way to go. I think she co…

From what I've seen, it's estimated that 98% of men have watched porn at least once in their lives. That doesn't mean that 98% still watch it or watch it regularly. I too have watched porn once but I don't do so now. There are plenty of men who do not watch porn, and my husband is one of them. This guy wants to believe that watching porn is normal, that every guy does it, and that there's nothing wrong with doing so because then he doesn't need to change.
