No problemo 🤙🏼 it’s nice up north but bought a place in northern Broward county. Couldn’t be too far from work lol hope you find a nice place 😁

Yeah everything is super expensive right now, I would try to be as north as possible. It’s cheaper in palm beach county, best bang for the buck and stay to the west of any tracks. Train is noisy and if you stay towards the beach it only gets more expensive 💀
