18	Guys some Indian directors just made a documentary on false rape cases in India they broke down the fact that 53% of rape cases are false accusations For those doubting the 53% number, I didn't research the proof behind the number, but I can tell you how. In India there is a law called "rape under the pretense of marriage". If a man and woman had sex and then they broke it off, the woman can log a rape case against man that he "raped" her under the promise of marriage. Usually parents & relatives of woman, file these kind of complaints.
