No one should have been charged and no one would give a shit if a man pulled his shirt off in front of kids while doing physical labor. Imagine being smug while also being incorrect. It's not a court, it's an arbitration. Both parties sign a contract to abide by the decision of the arbitrator. That makes her decisions binding, and if they aren't followed legal action can be taken by either party to collect on their judgement against the losing party. Judy might not be a judge anymore (despite being one for many years) but she's still given legal powers to issue a judgement due to the agreement of both parties.

I have a preference for women who don't weight 200+ pounds. I don't mock and belittle them over it, even though they can lose weight while height can't be changed. Yeah I used to be extremely active here because the community was good and there really needs to be more awareness about the double standards in terms of gender and it's satisfying to see women who would otherwise get away with something solely on the basis of being a woman held accountable. But then the other folks from the less healthy subs came over and got nuts and I couldn't bring myself to contribute as much.
