To piggyback on what others have said, I'm pretty sure studies show that women and men attempt/commit suicide in different ways. Trying to OD or cutting yourself is more likely for women. Men are more likely to hang or shoot themselves. Pretty obvious which ones are a more guaranteed result.

This is the same type of chick that'll post a "just dont cheat, it's not that hard" kinda meme about how women are easy to understand.

I dont think a society can be successful if it's demonizing half of its populace be it masculine or feminine.

It's your life bro, no one better than you to make decisions for it. I'm just commenting on a general sentiment I notice from both sides. Men and women seem to view dealing with someone of the opposite sex a chore that isn't necessary at best. At worst, women who view men as nothing more than a physical/sexual threat and men who view women as nothing more than conniving manipulators who would ruin everything around them if it meant fulfilling some short term gratification. Just a wild spot to be…

I see comments like this from both sides and it makes me question if this ain't a massive psyop to get women and men as uncomfortable with each other as possible to further break apart a family unit

I feel like that's more r/iamatotalpieceofshit material if I'm being honest. When I think trashy I think Jerry Springer guests and people wallowing in the slums of society more than false allegations.

No, at the very beginning it mentions "we are accepting applications from underrepresented groups" etc. Then it says they prefer people from said groups. Being a woman/non-white/LGBT+ is listed above actual merits under Preference. So while it may not be the sole deciding factor, it certainly plays a part. The same people who push for this would be outraged if a company said they preferred straight white men.

I know why the transition happens and that it does help some people. I also know that gender dysphoria is a mental illness and the swapping of genitals doesnt change that. I'm not saying regretting transitioning is the cause of suicide. I'm saying still suffering from a mental illness pre and post op is something that needs to be discussed. Telling a schizophrenic the voices are real doesnt cure his schizophrenia. Moments of happiness dont cure depression. Obviously bullying or a lack of accepta…

It's probably more like the surgery can swap your genitals but you're still suffering from gender dysphoria. I'm not saying all trans people suffer this, but the suicide rate is still painfully high post op.

Nah this doesnt fit the sub. The NPC meme is funny and I'd get more laughs watching an hour of 9/11 footage than an Amy Schumer special but this doesnt belong here.
