| 1 | May not be MGTOW related, but a word of warning.I'm in the same boat man, I was 380 all my life dropped down to 250ish in the last two years I work out 5x a week and now look "jacked", people (especially girls) treat you very different, hell my personality is totally different now. I can understand it though, I've offered to help women before only to be met with verbal abuse probably about a 50/50 split on that one.
