Biologically, males are generally more short-lived (tarantulas are an EXCELLENT example; females can live many many times longer than their male counterparts /bug nerd). Now, this doesn't mean we shouldn't invest time and money in researching how to make men live longer. And just because something is set in our biology does not mean we have to be victim to it. Fuck it, why do we even have to focus on a particular gender's health? Why can't we care about humans as a whole?
