i'm not sure but i think because of the strong laws regarding bioethics we have she could oppose it on this ground. we have a concept which is the body is "indisponible" under any circumstances so genetic testing requires consent from the person or the parents in this case (not applying to criminal cases)

In france the child support can only be from 7.5 to 15% of your net salary depending if you have shared custody (7.5) or no custody (15)

you can ask but the judge can refuse or the mother or the kid can object but either way you will be forced to pay child support

I'm french let me clear this misconception : Paternity test cannot be legally bought without a court order. The alleged father and the mother can contest the paternity in court. Then the judge order a paternity test(the man has to pay for the test himself), if the alleged father refuses, the judge can decide this is a proof by omission and force the father to pay child support.
