From the experience of police officers across the UK and America's top sex crime expert we get an idea of the % of complaints to law enforcement are false. Those results can be extrapolated into prevalence #'s. SEE: http://archive.li/Ns35n AND https://imgur.com/a/MQjlg UK cops agree that real rape is rare and most accusations are false. Meanwhile Linda Fairstein is a liar, and has always prevaricated into ambiguity; like "rape culture" advocates. There has never been 4000 annual reports of rape …

It can't be pointed out enough, when two sides disagree, each is saying the other is either stupid, ignorant, lying or some combination of any of the three. By disagreeing with anyone you open yourself to the insinuation. In light of this fact, no one should be dissuaded from stating their case. Feigning outrage is just another debating tactic that should go unheeded by those anyone possessing any fortitude, maturity and the ability to stand on their on two feet; on both sides of any debate.

Women won't say they are feminist, but I think most would agree with most of Feminist ideology. I think most women view violence against women just as feminist portray it. VAW is the #1 moneymaker for feminist. Do you think any woman would assert that any of the 1100 local rape crisis centers across the U.S. should be closed. Do you believe that any woman believe that the professional: police, should be left to handle sexual offense complaints without the intrusion of advocates. You should look …

I sometimes find that reddit posts can get distracted from their original objective. Oftentimes all it takes is an un-serious joke and the whole thread goes off on a tangent, the multitude of un-serious comments obscures the main serious thrust of what someone is trying to convey. Sometimes it is a serious but unimportant minor aspect to the predominate message, as happened in this thread. I find when serious men do business such things might be momentarily acknowledged, but things quickly rever…

Up to 7,999 on the Fairstein article. It was 4000 a week ago. Spread the news far and wide. Fairstein expressed some inopportune candor, realized what she said, and lied and lied and lied for decades, until this day; denying she said any such thing. An officer of the court no less! And the worse thing is Fairstein's candor was a lie. I doubt Fairstein ever realized > 10% conviction rate in terms of official reports, as opposed to all reports. And she was breaking the rules if she ever even got c…

This thread not only provides very salient information about a pressing topic but provides comic relief from Thomas. He has himself worked up into quite a mood. Based upon his comments I am picturing everything around him as destroyed, with him in a red-hot fit. It's funny if you think about it.

Ok Thomas, young man you are in such an intemperate mood that you are failing to see the irony in what you just said. You failed to consider that the adversary against whom we are contending is making exactly the opposite assertion of cops from across the UK, who have stated what is the true reality. Law enforcement will do their job in real cases. From experience, I am convinced that happens in the vast majority of cases, but of course not all. That is why convictions, as % of reports, is so low. My objection to the situation is that LE is so equivocal about the situation. In the UK, as opposed to the U.S., control of LE is much more centralized. The result is a clearer picture is painted that isn't conducive to "rape culture" advocates' theories. Still though, I have noticed UK LE still bu…

By the way, I don't think the important thing here is my communication skills. I think what is important is that cops from across the UK think that real rape is rare and most rape complaints are lies. Further that America's top sex crimes expert said something that directly contradicts a theory that is costing the West $billions every year. That is the most important thing. So if you have a better way of making that point, have at it Hoss. For now I don't need children annoying me.

The truth is a show stopper? When ever two people disagree about anything, each is saying to the other you are either stupid, ignorant, a liar of some combination of any of the three. If you had any experience at life, you would understand it doesn't take long in any debate for people to resort to such name calling. Witness our politics! The truth is the truth, and despite an annoying putz like yourself, it will win out. But despite your objection to the telling the truth plainly and my "tone", …

It seems, in light of what a commentator said in this link, that police and prosecutors are hesitant about saying anything. Both are in a bind. The prosecutors serve at the pleasure of politicians, and I know that cops don't want to do anything that jeopardizes their jobs and pensions. That is why Inspector Gadget stopped his blog. He became so popular, he was afraid the state would seek out his identity, and there would be ramifications for telling the truth.

I think the most important thing to help our cause is to get Linda Fairstein on the record about her inopportune candor to Ben Stein (see 2nd link). She often goes on book tours and holds public forums as she has become an successful fiction writer. If you happen to notice that she is having a forum near you GO and ask her about it. Bring the article. It might make the news.

It's pretty amazing when you consider that, according to RAINN, convictions as a percent of reports, in the U.S. is 2.25%; 3% in Scotland and Australia; in the single digits across the West, and even these results are based upon a errant denominator. What the hell is going on?

That's why Brian Banks' attorney suggested he plead guilty and take the five years instead of fighting the charge and possibly getting 15 or more years. One study of the three I noted was from the UK and that had around 70% of white women's sexual assault suspects as Black men or some other minority. The author of that study also noted that Black men also got a rougher ride from the justice system: more likely to be charged and convicted. Though as is true everywhere, only a small percent of men…

I had almost the same experience. I use to work with cops who worked part-time as security for a company I use to work for -- Property Management. Brought it up with several officers, and a lot of guys that were sergeants. They wouldn't say a thing. Yes the numbers on rape are very murky and I think "rape culture" advocates like it that way. If we had solid reliable numbers, the "rape culture industrial complex" (there are over 1100 local rape crisis centers across the U.S., and the attendant hierarchy all the way to national level, mostly all supported with tax dollars) would be put out of business. You might have noticed that Inspector Gadget said cops in the UK aren't allowed to tell the truth about the matter. Meanwhile police departmen…

Go see my post about the opinion of UK police officers that say most rape reports are bullshit. Just click on my username and go to submitted. So the question is, how a prosecutor, as a epistemic matter, suppose to make the case -- charge a man -- with rape? What is the difference between one that is charged and one that is nfa'd? I doubt a prosecutor could give you a straight answer to that question.

continuation of 1994 to 2007 The only problem with using the quote as ammunition is that Dershowitz never gives the origin of the quote, and everyone who uses it lies as to its source. Fairstein, thinking the article is lost in the haystack, ignores the insinuation she ever said any such thing, and as is the political fashion of the day, as Dershowitz notes in 1994, changes her estimate of false accusations from 50% to 5% without explanation. !987 was before the advent of the internet and search…

It's no misquote it is right there in black and white. In 1987, Fairstein didn't comprehend what "rape culture" meant. Upon learning, as Dershowitz said in 1994, Fairstein changed her estimate, immediately, without explanation, from 50% false to 5% false.

Linda Fairstein: America's top sex crimes expert, expressed that opinion after 11 years of clinical work as Head of Manhattan's Sex Crimes Prosecution Unit. I can't stop now to explain the whole story punch-counter punch, but long story short.
