Yup, I've been on third shift for two years now. I've gained 55lbs since I started thirds, I went from wearing a large shirt at 260lbs 6'00, to wearing a 3xl at 315lbs. I just switched back to second shift two weeks ago, I've already lost 10lbs from the stress change alone. You are right though, bills need to be paid so what can you do? Working 12hrs nights and going to school during the day caused a lot of uncontrolled stress eating on my end.
