Thanks, I think you got it. I'm like a child in Disneyland, I guess I should just enjoy. I guess I just have to be careful with my money and wear condoms. NoFap is a waste of time NoFap actually saves you a lot of time. Regarding instant gratitude, it also applies to masturbation in general. It's definitely easier to jerk off then to get women. TL;DR: NoFap is good, you have nothing to lose, and maybe a lot to gain, even though NoPorn may be enough.

Efforts take a lot of time to have expected consequences. You're going to go up and down for a while, until you'll be able notice that it has improved. And by then it will have become normal. You can't find someone reliable unless you've got enough value to offer (providing they're smart enough to notice it, and understand that it must be win-win or you'll go away).
