This is the better option, IMO. It's a lot better than having to memorize something and say it to a girl that has heard it who knows how many times. Instead of calling it a 'cold approach', reframe it as 'starting a conversation'.

I was a late bloomer, mate. Don't let that be a limiting factor against what you can learn and apply in terms of dating and seduction. Take your time, go through the trial and errors, and you'll soon hit your stride. All the best.

I know exactly who you're talking about. I remember seeing him on this sub all the time. He's still around, but posting on other dating subs, I've noticed.

You're not wrong. Things can get awkward if neither of you speak the same language. Imagine going on a date and the communication is nothing more than "baby talk" in English (or in the language where you're fluent in it and they other isn't). To that end, u/MO_drps_knwldg isn't wrong either when he talks about the non-verbal communications. Put two and two together...well, I think we all know where it goes from there.

Humor is all about surprise. The setup (or the situation) gets the audience thinking one thing. The punchline takes it in the opposite direction. This has got to be the perfect description to using humor.

To put together the perfect analogy: You swung at the ball. Whether you hit or miss it, the attempt was worth it. Good job, mate.

Ah yes. Forgot about him. It's been awhile since I've listened to Tool

Well said. Totally unrelated to the topic, but a question relevant to you: what kind of rock drummer are you? A Neil Peart-type or more of a Lars Ulrich?

In the process of building my own business. I'm currently doing the freelance thing for a bit of extra capital. Other than that I read, hone my culinary craft, workout, and learn a new language (currently taking Pimsleur's German course at the moment). That's about it for the cool stuff

Consider intermittent fasting to lose weight (along with usual exercise). I did days were it was 16 hours without eating and an 8 hour window when I can and lost about 8-10 pounds in a month. Your result may differ from mine, but this method can help. Drink water regardless of you are eating or fasting. If you drink coffee or tea, that’s acceptable so long as you’re not adding sugar or cream. Good luck, mate. We’ll be rooting for you

It's not such a bad subreddit. You'll find some information here that is helpful. Yeah, there's going to be those comments that are ridiculous and such. But don't let that discount the fact that this subreddit is still serving a purpose

Just another prime example that some people will resent you for bettering yourself because they don’t have one iota of energy to do it themselves. They search for that “easy button” to do it all for them. But you don’t. You know that with hard work and dedication, it can be done. It does get lonely at the top. Sometimes, that’s a good thing. Keep your head up, mate

Don’t forget learning Korean and taking guitar lessons. Those definitely come in handy

Focus on yourself. Try and set the best example possible and your friend may just realize that it's his attitude. Let your actions do the talking. If he doesn't see what is possible with what you can do...so be it. Also, fuck him for poisoning your mind like that

I’m in my 30s. Let’s just say I’m in a better position than I was now compared to my 20s. It’s not a complete 180, but I’m getting there. There’s always room for improvement, no matter where you are at

I was starting to lose hair as I approached 30. Why let nature take its course when you can shave it off? And that's exactly what I did. Do I miss having hair? Nope...I don't. In fact, I unearthed a new level of confidence after rocking the chrome dome. Thanks for sharing

Same height as you. Had the same problem. Shave your head. I'm actually a lot more comfortable rocking the bald look, honestly. I dare say it's given me a boost of confidence. You might feel the same way.

This is a textbook example of putting your mission ahead of everything else. As far as women is concerned, I’d rather have them chase me than the other way around. As for this “simp psychology”, it can’t be explained any better...they’re trying to play the nice guy, be the hero just to get the girl. And they’ll throw their fellow man under the bus as part of their pursuit. That “be the hero, get the girl” shit only works in the movies.

Interesting. I think most rejections are successful on your end. The girl who rejected you could have made your life a living hell. So that’s a win in my book.

"Next time you see a simp, go up to him, shake his hand, and thank him for his service." Brilliant!
/r/askTRP25/06/20 11:02 AM
6

I'm with you here. There is simply no clear way in hell that you (nor any of us) can change some poor simp's life for the better. Let them be. They'll keep getting rejected again and again until one of two things happen: 1) See the light and realize the error of their ways Or 2) Give up and be bitter, vindictive, and possibly fade into inceldom or whatever the hell. Then again, I could give a fuck what happens. Simps are easy competition. You can clean their clocks any day of the week.
