I can't say my job. I find those jobs are the highest paying, most prestigious, and the overall smartest people do them (other than the geniuses, who do STEM PHDs). Surgeons are impressive because they are the highest paid, most skilled, and also in general directly help people. The smarter girls (T20) definitely know what PE/VC/HF is.
