Yeah there are no tricks. It takes three things to be successful at anything. Know how to use your time efficiently. Learn how to schedule your time effectively. Be consistent. The third one is the hardest one. It doesn't matter if you are only doing something small at the gym just go everyday. Get yourself in there.

Mgtow means not marrying or doing LTR. Where in mgtow does it say we can't talk about women? The only reason people say that is to try to shame us into not speaking. One rule I live by is if there is a choir you think of that you have to do, like unloading dishwasher, and it would take you 5 minute or less to do. Just do it right away when you think of it. Yeah Bitcoin. It was the best performing asset in 2019 and the best performing asset in the past decade. How haven't people caught on yet that the bull run cycle that happened in 2017 will happen again. It's happened 3 times in bitcoins history the dollar value was just less. It jumped from 1-20$ then from 10$ to 200$ then from 100$ to 2000$ then 1000$ to 200000$. It's gonna now jump again from 10,000 to about 200,000
