I identify as about 75% introvert and not low confidence or low self esteem. No one cares if you "identify" as "not low confidence" People/women will interpret your introversion as low confidence more often than not. You'll have to put in extra work to counteract this perception. That's life.

Who are you trying to convince? It sounds like you're gaming men rather than women--trying to convince men to respect you despite your shyness. Introvert is a synonym for "loser" in our culture. In terms of sexual strategy, you should fake being an extrovert when first meeting people because if you don't they'll think you're a shy loser with no confidence. You're never going to be a male model. Women will only be attracted to you for reasons of personality, status, or money. Tough luck. Accept reality.
