This is a good point although I have never had a woman try to burn me like that I feel like this fear is completely irrational. The stakes just dont seem that high and a lot of other people know me there I dont see how this could be done legitimately but it isnt completely paranoid.

Dude I was there to for awhile it takes some time to adjust. Time makes you see how insignificant and counter productive your anger is. I was super pissed off too when I first read this stuff. You will stop beating yourself up and once you do you start actually using the info youve gained here to your advantage the more you read = the more you internalize = suddenly you start using the stuff here naturally.
