2	What are you doing to improve your life in 2019. Keto is short for ketogenic which refers to ketosis which is when your body switches to burning fat as fuel when it is deprived of carbohydrates. Essentially you keep your total daily carbohydrate intake at 50 grams or less and eat lots of fats and moderate proteins and your body essentially flushes all your fat out of you by converting the fat into ketones which it then uses as energy while flushing the excess ketones out through your urine and feces.	/r/MGTOW	30/12/18 04:53 PM

5	Can somebody explain why women can’t truly love a man Women are capable of love, just not the same love that men are. Mens love is ideologically based, it is derived from reasoning. Womens love is emotionally based, it is derived from feelings. Since ideologies never truly die neither does a man's love when it is authentic.
