8	FR - First 6 months of applied TRP Awesome FR, I noticed when I cut out TV shows (except fargo and got-still dig that shit too much) that I have save a lot of time and realized I was only using them to put off other things. Quick question, how did you get into meditation as a beginner? Youtube videos, reading about it or what?
