Yoga and meditation has helped me develop an incredible ability to give zero fucks. I read a lot and listen to audio books. I also keep a journal. I sold my car and I use a bicycle now. Great hobby and sport to get into, albeit rather expensive. I also do online courses and enjoy going to new places for coffee and cake etc.

I would never recommend it to someone. Lets put it this way but I find going there very easy and the process of getting prostitutes quite easy. Can't agree more. Although you will need to experiment with Vit D supps as I have read that some people don't absorb the pills vs the gels vs the capsules the same. Also get Vit C and BCAAs.
