Ok. My first move was almost always physical. Light touching and taps on shoulders to get their attention . Hard to chat too much cause its loud on the dance floor. Earlier today i was referred to the di carlo escalation ladder but didnt have enough time to look through it. My understanding was to escalate through touching hands, arms, back then face/neck . Should i continue to look into this?
