Question for you : why people in general don't want to pay art products ? I'm a hobbyst and I talked about it with a designer, its everywhere. I confirm, the best is to make a full fast for days. You need to drink special/salty water (for your osmose equilibrum) and it works like a charm. But training in this situation is hell, so I do sometimes 24hours fast and train full body but at 80% effort. The taste of the food after the fast is dayum!

Did you try 100% fasting? I did snake method, and it's the best, no food at all for days is interesting ( just some salted mineral water = snake juice). If you don't eat for 24-48h, your body burn begin to burn fat, it's called "gluconeogenesis" (someone can confirm it?), fruits seems fine but there is sugar in them (fructose) which prevents you to be in this state.
