I don’t have a pdf of the book at the moment. It’s a paper back I’ve had for years that I just copied out of. I will try and find one tho and if I do I’ll gladly share it. I also tried to post another section of this chapter yesterday but had some issues for some reason. Maybe it was too long? I don’t know. Either way this particular book is called essays and aphorisms. It’s one of his last works I believe. But if you can get your hands on any of his writings I would highly recommend it.

I know. And it gets even better as the chapter goes on. I’ll be posting more in the coming days. He even goes on to talk about how they are well versed in the art of dissimulation and how the idea of the European lady would be the downfall of society. I was always under the impression living for yourself was selfish and wrong. I felt guilty until I realized the only person who never benefited from all my hard work, dedication and loyalty was me. I’ve used dumbbells and kettle bells to keep myself in shape. You can get a decent workout with them. Couple that with body weight exercises like push ups and burpees and you’ll start to notice some modest results. However, if you wish to make significant gains in strength and size I would suggest investing in more equipment or a gym membership.
