Ironically I was bullied by 3 feminists for the first couple of years of my secondary school life. I was short and skinny so was a pretty easy target. Yet they bragged about how empowering it was when they locked me outside classrooms and the like lmao. I’m not sure how old you are but from experience (I’m 20) it seems that there a lot more girls my age and young that call themselves feminists

It was a study done on 1000 girls, from 18 - 24 in the UK. It asking questions such as, have you ever been stared at, joked about, someone walked too close to you. Been sexually advanced upon, been asked to perform sexual acts. If you replied yes to any of these it was considered sexual assault/harassment.

But if the total number of women is less in Parliament as a whole then surely the number hired in the position shown he should be more proportionate to the overall employment split in Parliament. I see what your getting at but I think they were fined for hiring solely on the basis of them being women. Which is illegal. So you would expect the number of women employed in that position to be similarly proportionate to the rest of the Parliament.
