Sorry tricked. Can you please expand on that.

It depends on what is put in it as well as how she signed it. Look if she doesn’t have a lawyer and she signs it will get tossed. She must have a lawyer and so should you. Having a lawyer essentially creates a witness to the situation. She can’t claim ignorance with a lawyer present.

I feel like people really need to understand the implications of marriage more. You can protect pre marital assets with a prenup but anything earned during marriage is seen as earned by the 2 of not 1. Do not marry anyone that makes significantly less than you because it will be split.

While these are older stereotypes they are still very much prevalent in todays world. The numbers are there for all to see.

Masculine conservative tends to lean into the complete disregard for mental as well as the men can’t be victims bull. Not to mention conservatives in the us are just waiting for a chance to bring back the draft
/r/MensRights16/10/23 11:08 PM

We’re not conservative though. Some of those principles are things that harm us.

Don’t watch tennis but even I heard of when Serena williams was going at ‘the people on the chair’ and it was big deal.

Um so dude just going up to different women he doesn’t know lol that a set up ready to happen. I will say though he approached a girl who had headphones on that tends to indicate ‘I don’t want to talk’

Yes but most of the time these cases are he said she said that was my point.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 07:50 PM

Yes but a lot of cases are he said/she said. I said almost because that’s the majority of cases, no evidence just word of mouth. It’s not often we see a Bauer situation.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 07:41 PM

I mean I think he gets off due to the fact that the evidence has provided a reasonable doubt that he didn’t do it. But proving a false accusation is almost impossible unless there is a confession

So it’s plain favouritism. Your daughter will hate her and your step son sounds like he’s on his way to being an entitled brat. Now on the aspect of her abusing you it’s time you thinks about what’s best for your kids. Also it’s time to start documenting, this situation is already volatile.

I would like to make a correction. It is a western initiative.

How good are their salaries because I was literally replying to a guy who said he’s been a single dad for the last 28 years, don’t know how many kids he has but it’s at least 2. All you’ve said is how your nephew’s can take care of themselves would they still be comfortable if you added 2 kids and their salary doesn’t change

The journey you started nearly 30 years ago would be almost impossible to do now tbh especially in America the way it is now
/r/MensRights09/10/23 08:33 PM

On twitter yesterday and a guy literally posts I draw the line at women and children. Children makes sense but the way people are okay with men who have nothing to fo with this conflict dying is wild

I mean from an American perspective is between the British, Africans and Americans. On the women thing I’ve always found it interesting how they skate on that topic. American slavery was a white people thing

It’s the baseball sub that censored it.

Also just to understand when something bad happens to someone they don’t get time to process? You chose to lie about comments I never made then went on to edit a comment I already replied too, lol

First comment I asked when and by who there was no comment that said she didn’t say that

Unless he came out and said it made him uncomfortable no one is going to care
/r/MensRights25/09/23 11:56 PM

No I wouldn’t. I would say the exact same thing about my dad if my mom was the breadwinner.
/r/MensRights25/09/23 10:58 PM
-10

Depends on age for me and length of marriage. It’s not going to be as common in my generation(22) but if my dad divorces my mom after being married for 30 plus years and her being a housewife I’m not telling her to get a job that ridiculous
/r/MensRights25/09/23 10:48 PM
27

When one is married they are seen as one so what is made during that marriage seen as both people making it. In my opinion that’s bull but guys you know those traditional relationships that some of you seem to like it’s not worth it and in the times not feasible. Don’t get married and honestly alimony should not exist for working spouses

Sorry if women shouldn’t prioritise themselves who should they prioritise.

Lol when you have guys literally praising regimes that a side from their terrible treatment of women are terrible in terms of general human rights we have no hope of not being labelled misogynist
/r/MensRights24/09/23 11:03 PM

You realise the countries your glorifying have terrible human rights records. It’s wild your actually celebrating authoritarian regimes. Literally have a guardianship system for women.

That was a statement sent out by the federation. It later came out that she had no hand in writing it. https://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/luis-rubiales-father-accused-spain-press-officer-false-evidence-jenni-hermoso-kiss-investigation/blt2cda703ccd651a00
/r/MensRights24/09/23 12:32 PM
-10

Lol teammates. You showed a video of teammates. This was not a teammate but the president of a federation the relationship is not the same. His mother went on a strike because her son kissed someone without her consent. You make this seem like he kissed her and apologised but that’s not what happened. After that they released false documents, sent the coach to convince her family it was consensual and repeatedly lied.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 11:56 AM
-9

People do not have uniform reactions to incidents. She did an ig live later on that night and said it was not okay. There is nothing consensual about him using his hands to hold her head in place to implant a kiss.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 09:57 AM

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/parental-alienation#:~:text=Some%20researchers%20estimate%20that%20between,American%20may%20experience%20parental%20alienation. I’m not say it doesn’t happen. It does happen and it happens more to men but to chalk down every father that abandons his kid due to parental alienation is wrong. Primary comment on this thread was insinuating that very notion.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 02:56 PM
-5

What okay so what is the percentage of parental alienation in divorces including children.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 02:38 PM

Don’t be bothered. Parental alienation is not as common as they make it seem in this sub.

I agree to a point. No one was growing up telling this woman she needed a man to succeed that’s just not the era she grew up in (not saying it does not happen but it’s just not as wide spread). I would understand older women saying it like this.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 02:50 PM
5

Yes a man does not need a woman to succeed and vice versa what’s the problem.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 02:25 PM

Your comment was about women running around with impunity and men can’t do the same which is not true but now you are simply focusing on protests.

naked male protestors https://www.irishmirror.ie/news/world-news/hundreds-naked-protesters-take-streets-9338970

First one is a shoot for teen vogue in the next one there are literally men in those pictures naked aswell
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:31 AM

Again no issue with that my problem is the flair on this post.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:28 AM

This comment isn’t exactly true. Women cannot just run around naked. I see this situation similar to a man taking of his shirt. No one would care
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:21 AM
-3

I agree with that but we don’t know if it’s a false allegation which is what you flaired it as
/r/MensRights22/09/23 12:51 AM

Amount is irrelevant. The violent crime statistics are clear. Length of time for the same crime is what should be the focus

For what reason are we labelling that brand has been falsely accused

/r/MensRights21/09/23 08:07 AM

Plus the no divorce thing she spewed on piers Morgan. I personally don’t agree with this post simply because of optics. When someone aliens with a cause all the things they say and do become associated with it no matter how much you try to say no we don’t agree with that part.

Those were the articles you linked in one of my other comments. I have not shared a link
/r/MensRights20/09/23 08:52 PM

In the article link in my other comment it was said to be a open secret in the industry. Bro had already been accused of multiple things before she ever confronted him.
/r/MensRights20/09/23 03:50 PM

Even in the articles you linked they mention he had already been subjected to accusations from 2006 to 2013.
/r/MensRights20/09/23 03:43 PM

Innocent until proven guilty is a court principle, people are free to make their own assumptions about a case.
/r/MensRights20/09/23 03:26 PM

Like this isn’t just some allegation online. He is now Legally classified as a rapist. Fact is we know three people testified but that might not be all the evidence considering that the church of Scientology is involved.
/r/MensRights20/09/23 03:22 PM
30

If she left before you guys would have complained instead she let the process play out like we always advocate for and he was guilty and sentenced to thirty years. During that trial she saw and heard everything first hand. So is she just supposed to stay with a rapist?
/r/MensRights20/09/23 03:12 PM
2

Sorry I don’t agree with that first point on no fault divorce. Do you have any studies to back up it would be better for the child
/r/MensRights20/09/23 02:28 PM
3

This op came here knowing full well he never named him and wanted to use her past job to shame her. No one here has said brand is guilty.
/r/MensRights19/09/23 09:37 PM
5

She never named him. Op left that out. People assumed it was him despite them having nothing to do with her
/r/MensRights19/09/23 09:34 PM
12

So she say someone in a powerful position is abusing their power and people immediately think Russell brand. Is that her fault, she never even named him.
/r/MensRights19/09/23 09:31 PM
5

The presumption of guilt comes from that stat of only 1 percent( if anyone has the study can they link it). I don’t know how it was determined.
/r/MensRights19/09/23 04:51 PM

From what it sounds you should be fine on retaining 50-50 and if she still chooses to move that’s full custody.

I’m guessing sending shit like dick pics

Yes it can be reversed(depending on the length of time). Doctors tell you to consider it permanent contraception. That’s the reason I did not get one.

You but he got out pretty clean though. He was supposed to pay her 1m per the prenup but she challenged it so she doesn’t get that. He offered 75k she wanted 200k for child support she got 63k Of course the numbers are still ridiculous but relatively I think he got out okay

Sorry I replied to the wrong comment. Accidentally clicked yours
/r/MensRights15/09/23 02:49 PM

Bias? I don’t view them ‘protecting’ women’s fertility as a good thing. Women complain about this all the time.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 01:43 PM

They should let everyone make the choices they want honestly. If a woman wants to remove her tube let her if a man wants to do the same let him.

Bro I posted this a day ago. There were barely any comments how am I supposed to know
/r/MensRights14/09/23 09:11 PM

In the eyes of most people the men rights movement and the red pill are the same. And when you have Tate, fresh and fit, pearl saying some of the shit they say it just fucks us over.

Got my ass slapped a couple of times in high school by girls, didn’t do it back obviously. Is that assault or harassment? This stat does not shock me one bit

I’m yet to see where people call a men’s shelter misogynistic. Are there people who will try to make such arguments sure but these are not mainstream opinions. There are people who will call this type of organisation misandrist as well.

One org can’t solve all the problems. They picked a focus and went with. You wouldn’t expect an organisation that’s focusing on the things you mentioned to also focus on their points as well. What is needed is organisations that focus on issues that affect men and that will have to come from men

/r/MensRights11/09/23 07:19 PM

What happens to him would have been in the hands of Materazzi, also some context is that they are playing a contact sport and play was going on. If you prosecute that you can prosecute every foul. Also Materazzi didn’t sustain a head injury he was hit in chest.
/r/MensRights11/09/23 07:12 PM

Hug her and move on then. Grabbing her head with your hands and implanting a kiss is not okay.

Um sorry what’s the point your making with this
/r/MensRights11/09/23 04:55 PM

Asked if she had custody. You did not answer Pointed out this is not the kid who impregnated her. You ignored. Am I supposed to believe you didn’t just post this and not read it when you didn’t even post about the actual kid that impregnated her? Calling me a imbecile like I questioned if it was possible. Check your reading comprehension
/r/MensRights11/09/23 03:51 PM

Just out of pure curiosity do you actually know if she has custody of her child. Also this is not the kid who got her pregnant he got a bigger settlement back in 2016. Did you read the article you posted?

Bro they put out a fake document from her saying it was consensual. I the dude had just resigned this whole media storm would not have existed. He made a mistake but that does not mean he should not be accountable for that mistake
/r/MensRights29/08/23 12:26 PM

I think there was a case about some college football players who actually videoed the woman giving consent and that was what saved them. I think it happened like last year. On the topic of one gender is held to that standard( simple fact the response would not be this big) we need to make it a big deal. A girl grabs your ass? Report that shit.

First sexual assault is sexual assault. The dude was given the option of resigning peacefully but then went on to give one of the worst press conferences of all time then the organisation then decided to sue the player for her lies. This is where majority of the outrage came from. The kiss happened on Sunday but majority of the outraged has come in the aftermath of that press conference
/r/MensRights27/08/23 07:03 PM

Okay but show me the unconsensual hug In the awards ceremony when they are all going in and hugging each other.
/r/MensRights27/08/23 06:33 PM

They should just because a man wouldn’t does mean a woman should follow suit. You called them more sensitive for not taking crap which we should also not take. Bro was grabbing his crotch next to a 16 ffs. Men need to stop taking crap women don’t. He should lose his job.
/r/MensRights27/08/23 06:30 PM

A hug and a kiss are not on the same level it is disingenuous to act like they are.
/r/MensRights27/08/23 06:21 PM

Well if the jockey came out and said she did not consent I’m guessing it would have been a bigger deal
/r/MensRights27/08/23 06:18 PM

/r/MensRights27/08/23 04:47 PM

I mean sexual assault while a good number of people are watch is not something you say “that’s it” too. You can argue about the response not being equal without diminishing that what he did was wrong.

I would like to note this was made big deal and rightly so when she said it was not consensual. On the men’s side it would not be as big a deal because 1) would the player make a big deal or do what society expects from us and suffer in silence. Also he himself exasperated the situation by the ridiculous press conference he gave yesterday. I thought he was coke. But the outrage no matter what scenario would not be loud as this and this situation warrants such a volume Also not manager, president

In a patriarchy women are treated as delicate beings when it comes to murder and kidnapping and whatnot. This has always been the case
/r/MensRights29/07/23 09:45 AM
11

Nigeria is an actual patriarchy. We do see women as delicate and that they need to be protected so your always more likely to see news when women are harmed as opposed to men take for example the chibok girls. It was all over the news, they’ve done memorials and whatnot. That happened when I was like 13 it wasn’t until 2020 that I learned how bad boko haram was for men

Not weaponised incompetence. You would have to purposefully do something poorly to get out of doing. So eg your washing the dishes but you don’t wash them well and theirs still some food left in them. This is a really real thing that a lot of people do.

In your post you nitpicked one instance about a country that quite literally sees women as property.
/r/MensRights21/05/23 09:36 PM
55

Can we not do this. Why are we talk about a place in which women have literally become property and trying to show the men side of it. Your point is right but simply because they don’t view women as threats. Women are basically seen as slaves now in that country. This is how people come to this sub, see this and call us incel creeps. They are not even allowed to go to school, everything must not be about one uping the other. You don’t talk about what happens if they are not covered head to toe, …

Let me make this clear. It’s 100 percent the woman’s choice. She should not be pressured into any decision. Now this is totally valid. Look I believe the woman does take the brunt when it comes to abortions both physically and emotionally but i does take a toll on us as well. Often times those feelings are pushed to the side to address the very legitimate emotions the woman is going through. What I would say is to find sometime each day to speak to someone or grieve how you see fit.
/r/MensRights07/05/23 09:29 PM

The dude said in point 3 “almost no equal rights” when talking about unwanted divorce. What is Peter Pan? And man child is a legit thing. No one would want to marry anyone who acts like a goddamn child male or female.

I do think if the child is born. But reality is this will happen more and more as abortion access becomes more restricted. Would you count it as murder if they don’t want the child but can’t get an abortion due to restrictions

establishing fault can result in a larger distribution of the marital property or granting of alimony to the spouse that was not at fault. I think this should be emphasised never cheat, and come together with your spouse and get a prenup.

We always talk about women in politics pushing agendas to favour their gender. We complain but the reality is male politicians don’t stand up for us. The ones on the left back the women and the ones on the right will embrace things that put us at a disadvantage I.e the draft

The thing on returning to your abusers has multiple factors. Eg Mason Greenwood( charges were dropped but honestly it was only because she went back to him) she would only go back because she got pregnant and likes (not assuming guilt but that whole situation is just messy). Now average women who have been in abusive relationships the is something I don’t get. My aunt was abused by her husband he wasn’t rich or anything but she kept going back, why I don’t know
/r/MensRights20/03/23 02:00 PM

You going to hard to defend this. They always say your supposed to trust your partner. Simply bring up the 20-30% of men who raise children that are not theirs under false pretences that is some how not considered Fruad.

So when I was say it wrong for him to do that did I say illegal. Lots of things are wrong but not illegal. We’re having a dialogue and immediately went to insults, that says a lot about you. I apologise I used the word incorrectly. He’s still a creep simply on the premise of he’s interested in dating 19 year old girls
/r/MensRights04/03/23 08:30 PM

First there’s no reason to be rude. You guys are defending a 50 year old man dating a 19 because you want to prove the other side are hypocrites. Then they turn around and label us all creeps
/r/MensRights04/03/23 08:17 PM

Bro it is creepy. I don’t know why your defending a boarderline peodophile.
/r/MensRights04/03/23 08:14 PM

At thirty and forty you have gained significant life experience compared to a person right out of high school.
/r/MensRights04/03/23 06:11 PM

None of that is okay. Yes is Hollywood hypocritical when it comes to this yes but that does not me I have to support a 50 year old man dating a 19 year old. It’s wrong. I’m judging this by my standards and so should you. 13 year old have sex is wrong no matter what
/r/MensRights04/03/23 05:53 PM

I’m talking about navigating an adult relationship. Casual sex has very little emotion involved. A 50 year old and a 20 year old in a relationship would create large imbalance in power in that relationship. Power imbalances are simply gateways to abuse.
/r/MensRights04/03/23 05:38 PM
-1

Don’t get me wrong it’s but the power dynamics of that relationship would be equal. It would be much harder for things like abuse to take place. Also where do you live 12/13 where I come from 16 sometimes rarely 15 is the norm
/r/MensRights04/03/23 05:34 PM
-18

Yea no. It’s creepy and predatory no matter the Gender. Yes they are legal adults but intellectually they are still kids who can be easily manipulated. The hypocrisy is that they allowed the French First Lady to skate like she’s not a goddam peodophile
/r/MensRights04/03/23 05:11 PM
43

How he’s 13 who’s paying
/r/MensRights03/03/23 10:57 PM

Was with you until Kanye. I don’t care what gender you are the moment you start playing devils advocate for Adolf Hitler you’ve lost me
/r/MensRights23/02/23 03:17 PM

Talk about unhinged but hey as long as she has those X chromosomes
/r/MensRights18/02/23 09:54 PM

Just saw a video about this. In court she said fuck you i’m innocent
/r/MensRights18/02/23 09:50 PM

I read this post. She said the dude was lazy but then said in a comment he can get by comfortably on his own salary. How many lazy men can actually do that.
/r/MensRights18/02/23 06:01 PM

That’s a dumb move. Courts are rigged against us so they will take the pettiest thing they can find. Get a prenup and keeps finances separate and you’ll be fine.
/r/MensRights16/02/23 10:08 AM

I will only reference one the. The First Lady of France is a pedophile
/r/MensRights24/01/23 10:55 PM
-45

So just to be clear, to you any person who says they have been raped is lying and will do the same to you, even though the statistics say otherwise. Why don’t you swear of women entirely. You need to deal with your paranoia it’s unhealthy
/r/MensRights21/01/23 08:07 PM

Bro that second part is not really relevant to today. It’s literally part of the sex positivity movement but the people who now push back on it tend to be conservatives, which are mostly men
/r/MensRights21/01/23 04:02 AM

So our rights to our bodies go out the window yet you turn around and ask us to fight for your right to abortion.
/r/MensRights21/01/23 12:13 AM

I’m not arguing on your point by the way but if you end up thinking that from those numbers your doing the math wrong
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:40 PM
4

Bro I don’t I was only explaining the numbers properly because what you replied at first was a wrong way to interpret it. The numbers of unreported are gotten through surveys and things like that so they are not reliable. And yes I mentioned this in another comment they have conflated rape and SA together and broaden the terms of SA as well. They would argue rightfully so but you can’t find a consensus on the definition anymore
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:24 PM
1

Yeah they conflate it with a bunch of things to prop it up
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:20 PM
6

The issue is how rape and sexual assault is classified now is broader. Simply put don’t touch a woman unless she agrees. I won’t even argue with that but sometimes their are simply misunderstandings
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:09 PM
12

No because in a lot of place for a rape to have occurred there must have been penetration. So if female does have sex with a man who does not consent it would be downgraded to sexual assault not rape
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:05 PM
6

Just to say they conflate sexual assault and rape together when getting those stats. The one I her is 1 in 3 women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:04 PM
4

Not how you manipulate numbers bud. 1 in 5 women are raped. That 1 jn 5 comes from the 1/10 rapes that are reported. Eg we 100,000 women where raped of that 10% are reported so 10,000 rapes. That’s the 90%. Say we take the same 100,000 women being raped it just mean that out of every 500,000 women 100,000 have been raped hence the 1 in 5.
/r/MensRights18/01/23 04:01 PM

Like I would get it if they were wearing shorts skirts and tight dresses but a blouse really.
/r/MensRights17/01/23 12:14 PM
12

Bro I really don’t see the problem with them being angry you really should not tell anyone how to dress.
/r/MensRights17/01/23 11:58 AM

The person that upvoted your comment is scary. Your advocating murder because a woman leave her husband.
/r/MensRights12/12/22 02:10 PM
-14

I have no sympathy what so ever. You are say he got screwed out of bias. You have not idea what happened in that marriage. He did not lose everything. It clearly states half his retirement was 138,000. I don’t know how that’s everything
/r/MensRights12/12/22 02:09 PM
47

Aah you had custody I was wondering why you would feel it as a weight lifted off. I till this day will never get how you pay child support to the person without the child
/r/MensRights16/11/22 11:32 AM
71

I’m sorry you did not see your son for 8 years. Also 50k over 20 years is 2500 a year that reasonable
/r/MensRights16/11/22 11:23 AM
39

I mean for forget the deception here. How the hell is 11% targeting. If anything it’s the other way around
/r/MensRights03/11/22 12:35 AM
3

Yeah but she will still be in it’s life
/r/MensRights31/10/22 12:50 PM
53

Look it’s best for the child in this case but the idea a woman can give away a child and the man has no say or recourse ever. This situation is ok but what about the situation where they don’t get adopted grow up in the system and they have a parent who doesn’t even know they existed.
/r/MensRights31/10/22 05:04 AM
5

It’s an assumption biased on what happened to the guy.
/r/MensRights30/10/22 02:05 PM
4

I mean they killed him without proof they are evil. Do we view the people who believe the false accusers as innocent
/r/MensRights30/10/22 12:25 PM

The movie is about the racial discrimination during the Jim Crow era. It just so happened it was a false allegation. This movie would still be made if he was killed for theft for example. It would focus on the fact that the people who killed him were not jailed.
/r/MensRights30/10/22 12:24 PM
3

Yeah bro I saw this one as well when it first dropped. The mom mentioned mental health and no one cared. I was thinking a girl decides she wants a female only space no one is thinking she got rejected they are going straight to assault
/r/MensRights25/10/22 03:16 PM
19

I was in a feminism sub a while ago and a person was trying to argue that men who consume sex work are rapists because the girl would not participate in the act if not for money
/r/MensRights13/10/22 09:55 AM

The lady in the first couple is probably not gay. She can associate her trauma with her child. She just hates anything male.
/r/MensRights09/10/22 04:38 AM

She has a higher net worth than him
/r/MensRights05/10/22 04:32 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
