2	Well, it's "Go Time" Fellas!! You said in a prior post that she hasn't discussed other settlement matters. Clearly she's in a disagreement about custody but the fact that she's not left the marital home suggests she intends on staying there. That said, reasons for court could be the house, the car, debt, alomony. If your kids are barely speaking to you it's likely they're hearing a lot of "daddy's making me live in the basement", and many other things to ensure their "loyalty" to her.
